I have always knew SPF is a corrupted organisation, but stupid enough to video their unlawful arrests and post it online for the public to see too? The police have no right to claim you're a secret society member just by looking at your IC or tattoo, unless you confess to it. In the video, there were multiple instances of illegal search and seizures. The suspected gang members were also arrested without any cause. You want to bet they are also not told about their legal rights, denied access to lawyer, and denied due process. Singaporeans have to ask if SPF is more like a gang or law enforcement agency. If you are one of those victims in the videos subjected to an unlawful arrest and subsequently not prosecuted, you must hire a lawyer and sue the SPF for violating your rights and of unlawful arrest. No one is above the law in Singapore, not even the SPF.

If this SPF start off and end off this way, this problem will never get smaller but will get bigger. This problem of gangs and secret societies would get worse as the cost of living climbs. This sort of issue all start and lies from within the families. If you cannot get to the problem early at the family, it would be like fighting huge bush fires ,when you have extinguished one section and many other sections starts to burn.

Police have to be thankful that in Singapore the subjects for checks are too 'kuai', submissive. Compare those to Hong Kong where they are retalitive in words and action. Not to mention UK and the States where guns can be drawn. For this reason even junior patrol officers in US are paid starting at usd10k a month!

Thank you for the video. I am concern that the "man" had already, if not, taken on a second persona of those suspects. He walks, talks, look at you just like them. Secret societies - once a secret society is formed , immediate action need , to be taken? U cannot wait for secret societies,triad societues ,gangs etc to start criminal activities ? There should be a law ,where if u are a member of a secret society ,action is taken ? Now adays ,many criminal activities happening ? Enforcement agencies must be well trained ,n not corrupt ? We do need secret society operations. Not gangster but to conduct correctional policies that disturb resident's peace and post danger of gangs forming (undesirable act)and government are lazy and no action. They is also another worrying youth gangs below age 18 forming going into residential areas fields (playing illegal games eg basketball making over 10 kinds of loud noises) disturbing residents who wish to live quietly. Those pulsing balls loud thumbing noises are 1 ball 3,600 sounds x 11 hours a day x 8 balls = 316,800 thumbing sounds a day with over 2 groups gangs formed with cars carrying 5 to 6 people. This mix gang youth are below age 18 and law enforcement cannot legally catch them. Bringing chaos to the quiet residents areas. Resident with individual are being aggressively bully and being threatened with loud sounds harassment everyday when they became too noisy and ignore resident owners repeated request to keep quiet on during the day time.
