Something i really dislike is that in ng+ you can't use all archtypes from the start, you have to unlock them again which feels so horrible, i was hoping i could use my endgame builds at the start but sadly no (your level and progress does carry over at least)

Early on I personally think First Aid is way better than Medi, especially once you hit the point where you can swap it out anytime. At that point you swap it in to heal between battles then swap it out again, so it's downside becomes irrelevant. If you're trying to one shot a dungeon early on, that 4 mana difference can really add up.
@demifolk89403 ай бұрын
first aid is so good, if you have a mage then their ability to heal mp actually comes in clutch. you basically recover it back
@callmetravesty87623 ай бұрын
First aid is the most mana efficient healing early on for sure.
@Syrahl6963 ай бұрын
In the mid-to-late-game, I like Shield Blessing, unlockable at level 10 with the Adept Wizard. I think its like 10000 MAG, which is pricy, but its worth it. It regenerates 10 MP per turn as long as you have any atk/def/hit/eva buff up. Put on any equipment that buffs any stat at the start of battle, and you have consistent MP regen, greatly extending the time you can spend in dungeons. (If trash mobs are living longer than 3 turns, you have bigger problems.) For reference, Revitalise 3 is the same skill without that trivial condition, and its gated behind Level 20 of the Elite Paladin archetype.

100% agree. And not just for the MP either, but I feel if you chose to fight the dragon, you'll be camping warrior a lot early and it's so nice to be able to do the other types of physical damage types when needed

One I'd recommend is Steal MP. As you want to spend as few days in dungeons as possible, having a way to restore MP at virtually no cost is big, especially since MP restoration items are rare. If the party's low on MP, just stun an enemy, go into squad battle, spam Steal MP, usually restoring about 10-30 MP per character depending on the enemy and retreat. Afterwords, reinitiate the battle and do it all again. After a few minutes, everyone will have full MP and you can continue to use all your skills.

Sleep Shot + Sukukaja from Gunner 6. Gold Attack 7. Lucky Find 8. Dekaja + Dekunda (seriously especially when you're on hard some monster have AoE debilitate like skills) 9. SUKUNDA I forgot what else once i remember i will add in comment below

Gold Attack is one of the best skills to have. And if you are in a dungeon with no mana left, make all of them Merchants. The mc will make you gain tons of money in the overworld and everyone will have damage output. Why do you need mana when you are rich?
@Badger3X2 ай бұрын
Might be a bit later than most in this guide, but since you asked my *favorites*, I rather like a couple from Commander and General. Fiery Strike is a fantastic skill for melee characters to deal damage if the enemy is weak to fire or if just resistant to their typical physical skill of choice, and then Formation of Vigor is fantastic for a support character or tank when tanking isn't needed. Same goes for Icy Strike and Shelter Formation. Though I find myself using Frigid Fortress Tactic the most on my support-tank for synergy with my mage to then nuke with their highest ice damage. Otherwise, Trader's Summit and the upgraded ability from Tycoon is fantastic. Trader's Summit scales with multiple Merchants but subsequent merchants don't need the passive. Luckier Find doesn't require multiple merchants. Saves MP, almost negates need to spend MP on healing and is super nice on MP recovery items and food. "Oh no, used up a lot of MP getting to the boss. Whelp, final turn of this fight, lemme just give 100x2 MP to the whole party real quick before finishing the last enemy"

If we're gonna talk inheritable skills by Chapter 2 in the game then my favorite has gotta be Skull Cracker. I'm not a big fan of moves like Perfect Punch cause you need a Healer 24/7 to keep the damage great. Skull Cracker not only has consistent damage but uses HP instead of MP AND can inflict Forget. It helped me a lot of times when fighting Goborns early game that would break out of Stun.

This is more late-game but if you want the best survival chance then do learn the *element dodge passives* This is more niche and depends on who you are fighting but if even one party member is able to dodge an attack then the enemy/boss can lose precious turn icons I believe every element dodge passive is tied to the Tier 2 classes.

With light dodge and fire dodge built in I dodge my weaknesses making the enemies lose turns. I went LCK mc so I crit every time with gold attack and on off turns I can heal everyone or poison the boss/expose pierce weakness. Best build so far in my opinion.

Honestly, Merchant and Mage are just flat-out your best Archetypes for dungeon crawling (unless you'd rather keep your distance, then you'll want Gunner).
