I can't get over how clean that dodge at 2:25 was. Intentionally shooting to the side to get a hop rather than a roll is the kind of maneuver I would think to do in practice but never be able to pull off in an actual hunt. Seeing you nail it so perfectly like that is amazing! Also, that flawlessly spaced slide at 2:47 was beautiful too. Another excellent run!

As if it wasn't enough been the best LBG now also taking hbg, while using control to top it off. Great run man, I wish I could also take monsters that fast but now those HP pools of life of this monsters make it really exhausting to farm for anything

hbg definitely feels stronger now for pierce over lbg but i will say lbg does feel nicer to use on some matchups

Poor Afflicted Espinas - the Qurio constantly eating away at it keep it from getting the sleep it craves. Also, got love how you're just using short side hops to dodge its charges.

i use MnK, how do you make those tiny hops? i press spacebar (by default) and it rolls most of the time do you just tap it?

Or reloading, tackle, silkbind attacks. Just tap your dodge immiediatly after the action You have to put your control stick left or right if the camera is directly behind the hunter. Otherwise you have to adjust the angle

Remember kids: valor HBG is an actual thing that actually exists and people can actually use if they want

Yeah, but it's not as good as it was in GenU, and it wasn't even because of the speedy Crouching Fire - it was the Power Run. With Valor HBG, Power Run essentially let you run at full speed for an indefinite period of time with your weapon out, and only using stamina to slide, as long as you were in Valor mode. This is because sliding not only had i-frames, but also reset the duration of the run. You could even slide right back into Crouching Fire mode. And all it took to get into Valor mode was a few judicious uses of Slicing Shot. This made the Hyper Zinogre and Daora HBGs the kings of DPS for the whole game, period.

i got all these augments without any kinds of mods and with how many mats the investigations give its actually not too hard to get most. The super lucky ones were pure luck and not that many rolls so I can understand what you mean cause sometimes its like 2k rolls before you get that combo you want

These aug are basic rolls under skill+ aug. Except the head, it has Lv2 evade extender lol. The aug probably can be rolled in 10mins maybe 5 since it’s just 1 trade 1 not even greedy.
