Thank you for the video. From what I read you did not have the hot water connection hooked up. Using my iPad I drug the timeline back-and-forth and around the eight minute mark you can see steam begin to appear on the window and then it begins to quickly dissipate at around the one hour 55 minutes mark. If you drag your finger back-and-forth and move the time scale you can easily see this steam is produced and disappears. So it appears to me like the machine it’s self has some sort of a heating mechanism for the sanitize mode. Good to know.
