Idea for a build. Ahtal-Ka greatsword and full Ahtal-Ka set with Potential 5 Critical Up 5 ooo talisman. Skills will be Focus, Crit Draw, Crit Boost, Adrenaline 2, and Dragonheart. I did the math: 330 (AK greatsword) x 1.1 (Dragonheart) x 1.3 (Adrenaline 2) x 1.35 (Felyne Heroics) x 1.39 (purple sharpness modifier) x 1.4 (Crit Boost) = 1,239.72849. Lion's Maw 3 brings this up to 1,648.8388917, but Absolute Readiness is better to maintain purple sharpness.

Fuck. And I thought I had a good idea. How about Noble Scar, then? If you use Weakness Exploit and Crit Draw with Sharpness 1, it can hit harder than Bloodbath GS, right?

I've tried to make strong builds with noble scar in the past but putting sharpness 1 sacrifices other skills that I could activate with vladys, and the white sharpness is also smaller so the vladys is more consistent

Maybe I'm mistaken. It's been a while since I've played MHGU so I'm not actually sure if he has hitboxes when he sporadically jumps everywhere. 3rd question, how do you know when he is going to do his follow-up pounce, after he jumps around? He seems to randomize it. Either he does follow up, or he doesn't. I can't figure it out

narga does the followup pounce after side jump even without the stance so...is fast and the rng is crucial... This run is the result of a lot of tries... I think this move is more "rare" compared to other moves ,more if u play like me using my type of positioning , u can manage to avoid that attack if you are making a read, just be ready for the counter, for example when narga does the back jump or when in the specific stance before the jump you will know that the frontal pounce is coming ... after side jumps is rng , be ready to use valor/brave if weapon is unsheated or evasion/dodge if is sheated, consider in my 5min speedrun the risk is lower cause i killed narga very fast

@@Overlord35844 Thank you for the reply. I knew I wasn't going crazy, all those times I use to fight Nargacuga. Just curious, do you have a heroic run of Rajang? If not, would you consider doing one? I only ask because I'm curious on how you would deal with his random side and front hops. Also, last question, I promise lol. Do you play any other weapons/styles?

rajang not yet, now i'm focused on all extreme deviants, after this I will surely consider an heroic run vs rajang in mhgu/mhxx I play valor/brave GS only in iceborne and sunbreak I like more LS

Yo, I need to know. How are you avoid his hitboxes that do little damage when he turns around and also when he's jumping everywhere like 3:28? Great stuff btw

Here 3:53 while narga was repositioning i risked the cart, but I was in a safe position just a bit on the right of the paw, only the paws do little damage in this case, narga side jumps do no damage, there are no hitboxes for what i know
