This is a saviour!! I have severe pts”d”. Hadn’t slept properly for a week. Finally was just getting into a deep sleep and was woken up to a danger. You can also use frequencies to charge water. I charge my drinking water (in glass or metal containers) and also my bath water. Recently we set up speakers near a fish tank for some sick fish 🐠 and saw immediate results and a much faster healing time than what we’ve seen previously. If you want to test it and verify for yourself you can download a spectrum analyzer for your phone. I have one and use it all the time just for fun, I have this weird obsession with frequencies and how they affect human consciousness. I even used my spectrum analyzer on the back of a bus because I noticed that people always fall asleep on the back of buses but not sure whether it's due to the physical vibrations or the sound vibration, maybe a combination of the two. I don't remember what the exact frequency was but know that a 60Hz binaural is good for sleep so it's probably some harmonic of 60Hz.

Idk if this is too much tmi.. but for the last few months I been so stressed out that my period has been weeks late each time and irregular. Let me just say I’ve been working a lot and needed sleep but I’d lay down and wouldn’t fall asleep until 2 hrs laters.
