I'm not into the new age beliefs, but I do believe that God created everything through His voice and that sound can heal so I tried it for my sinus headache. I do feel a lot better after only an hour or so of sleeping while playing this, so thank you very much. Sometimes I hear a lower octave start to resonate. I find when I'm aware of this I get chills and start to feel it through my whole body as I start to relax. On a completely different note - are you aware that ALL toothpaste contains stimulants (they use a chemical, ostensibly for some use or other, but it is a sneaky way to give a stimulant). You know the catch-cry. “ I never feel alive in the morning ‘till I clean my teeth’” hmmmmm So ... last thing before bed you get yr children to clean their teeth. Then they start jumping. You know the story. No toothpaste at night for sensitive little people. NO TOOTHPASTE AT NIGHT ! if you want them to settle down naturally.

I cannot express how great full I am for these videos 💖 I have been smoking weed for 10 years total but 8 years consistently to help with my anxiety and mood disorder and ADHD, I wake up feeling like I need to do 1000 things right away and I always feel uneasy throughout the day (even with smoking just not as bad) . I went to bed listening to the whole thing and woke up feeling aligned! I’ve watched many of your videos and they have helped a lot, but never helped with my sleeping/waking up in this type of way! That day I didn’t smoke weed til I completed all my tasks, which was by the end of the day 10:30pm… I watched this video again last night and this morning I have work which usually stresses me out and again….I smoke to cope…. I have peace, now, and love it! But in my situation, I can't hold onto it long. I live in chaos, most of the time!! Like just now. As I'm writing this, a guy who lives on the same property as I do. He is sitting at the bottom of the driveway, revving and revving his pickup , for no apparent reason! For about 10 minutes! I was in peace, then that happened. It brought me to the point I had to go yell at him, asking if that was necessary! And at the same time, another person who lives up here, was stomping around irritated by the revving too, throwing planks on the ground slamming them onto the pavement!! So then the driver came up and visited with me. I know him, and have talked with him, several times in the past. So, we talked a bit, then he left. I was amazed at how I handled the situation. Normally, I would have said something, about him, irritating me. But, I didn't! We laughed and joked a little. We parted as Friends! Wow! I can only attribute my calmness to listening to these sound baths! If this is truly so! Then this is the bomb! Man! It may help my road rage I get at times, when I'm on the road with idiots. ( it's a work in progress ). Anyway, I think this is truly going to change my life!! Thanx for your support! 😎😎😎

Thank you for the stamina, and discipline it took to produce this video, much appreciated! During the first two chakras, a Thrasher (bird) landed on my roof, and was making its throaty calls. During the third chakra, I was reminded of the schoolyard bully punching me in the solar plexus on more than a few occasions; falling to the ground, struggling to breathe, all the while being laughed at by him and his buddies. The impact of those assaults haunted me in one way or another for most of my life, and even though I had already forgiven him, I forgave him again, out loud, and felt a little lighter afterwards.

What is interesting is that what is called "third eye" is the same as the "single (one) eye" mentioned in Bible ..our pineal gland. Some think because of New Age agenda (not of God/Yahweh...opposite although much of healing modalities/info on chakra energy centers true...just truth mixed with lies...discernment needed) that our pineal glands, our "one eye" should remain calcified/not open so as not to attract satanic/demonic spirits. This is not the TRUTH. Yahweh (God) wants our one eye's to be open to have Eyes that SEE the TRUTH often covered up or dressed as good but is evil or opposite (not just 2 in front) Matthew 6:22-23 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

My ADHD is so intense that most of the time I don’t go to sleep until 3 or 4 am but when I listen to this I was asleep by 12. Also how do you sit like that for so long?

I’m at a crossroads in my life and I put this on for 9 minutes and I felt like a light was coming towards me and then little flurries were every where and I was falling in to moments and memories in my life that didn’t seem bad when they happened but watching them again, I can’t believe I tolerated that. I need to go deeper . So intense for me …. I think I’m scared but because I need to heal these things in my mind but I feel like I’m a child afraid of the dark. I don’t want relive them… I’m in tears . Thank you
