Thank you so much for this video!!! We were so upset that our Mi S10+ did not run anymore after two weeks use. It winded a hair inside the belt drive of the LDS sensor, which caused it to stick. I removed it and it works now again ❤

My D9 also having issue. 1. The mapping sequence is way off now (not doing the normal sequence where it cleans the border from right to left then zig-zag to cover open areas) 2. The mapping in the app (the white lines) also is way off now. Very minimal lines shown despite it already covered more areas) 3. Frequently doing the reverse motion in high velocity and thus hard bang on it’s back, persistently

In my case, I removed the motor with the small pulley (2 screws) and cleaned the shaft, it was full of cat hairs. It solved the issue.
