Ideally whenever any food is pressure cooked it looses its nutritional value. Because the pressure breaks the food. so it is not advisable to use pressure cooker. clay pots are better choice then pressure cooker

Thank you for inquiring. It is upon you if you want to take it in another vessel or keep it as it is. Cooked veg is dependent on the vegetables and climate and not on pot. You can maintain the cookware as mentioned in its instruction. Unglazed terracotta are safe for cooking

This Cooker is a Cooker with milk-pot type whistle that releases pressure continuously. This Product maintains minimum pressure that can remain between the lid and the Food level in the cooker and not more than that. Hence it will not break because of pressure. Also There is no usage of chemicals in making Mitticool products. It is a humble request to investigate properly before spreading false information based on unknown and fake sources.
