Buying only meals that give me 30 grams of protein per serving with some fats and as little carbs and sugar as possible. turned 62 this year. Got cut out all non essential calories that dont add to growth and health.

Even more so. Your at the peak of growth and health. Feed the body what it needs, not what it wants. You cant get your youth back once its gone, so make the most of it. Just saying from an old guy.
