One time, I went to a “dance” club and there was a guitar player in the restroom. I requested “hotel California “ and he started playing it. Half way through the song, people started to sing along and he’d looked worried. He kept on playing, they kept on singing, each verse got hurried more and more. By the end, he did the whole song, people were happy, and he was glad to be done with it. He was compensated very well also. Great times I tell you.

People think this song is hard. It's not. But I love playing the adlib section, lots of room for activities. And it's a crowd pleaser. Helps if you have a good guitar player to bounce stuff off of back and forth, like you had here. And you can really get into some weird chord progressions. I love getting right off the road and into the weeds with it. Good job, both of ya!

Take no notice of the critics Mia, I don't see them standing there singing and playing the violin so we'll, that's proper talent.

Nice performance here. At this point, if people want to see this song performed live, it has to be with someone who was not the original singer, since Charlie Daniels is no longer around to perform it. He would have been proud of you though.
