I learned about Pirate Metal in February while our oldest son was going through rehab in hospital following his heart transplant. Playing it motivated him: he's a huge heavy metal and Pirate Metal fan.

Who listened to this more than once in a row? Considering metal wasn’t around in the old pirate days, this is exactly what I would imagine metal sounding like back then. Amazing improvisation the two of you. Well done! Bravo! Sounds like something I’d hear in a pirates Disney movie. The impromptu sword fight towards the end was just absolutely fantastic and a nice touch!

The island off of Savannah, GA, called Tybee Island has a weekend festival called "Pirate's Fest". Everybody dresses like pirates and has a good time, and they do a parade, etc. That is actually this weekend, so this is great. I'm not a big fan of pirate's fest, but I am a huge fan of Dovydas and Mia. You guys are amazing as always.

This was freaking fantastic! I loved every minute of the fun wacky energy and the sound rocked! This is my favorite new Dovydas video so far and the first time seeing this talent and amazing violinist. BTW, isn't the guy dancing in the background Sean Daniel the musician , guitarist/ukulele guy who has his own YT channels? I would recognize his voice anywhere as he sounds just like Steve Martin to me. Except he has an accent where he adds an "a" at the end of a lot of his words. I like his uke tutorials, he's a great teacher.
