with those clamp-ons, there is no pleasure in a swim deck you can't use. the whole design concept is way off. miss the older sportier V's for sure...

Those pain jobs are huge money, nuttin wrong with simple..sv29 is nice. I wish merc 4s v6 platform, would have upgraded hp pkg for fast 21ft designs. I've always owned race boat simple pleasure boats for fast south florida cruises...bow rider type hulls or center consoles just stupid design for local water and leaning post, bow seating unsafe...people need to realize practicality of closed deck sport boats for 30 to 50 mile cruises down here

An open bow on the small boats is even worse when u see little boats , often overloaded- driver alone in the cockpit and all the moron guests up front! And the number of owners who know boat handling basics, let alone competent performance driving skills is pathetic. And yes I currently own an outboard skater, have owned a 28 Pantera, 22 velocity, 18 action, Allison, stv, grew up with a 28 Maltese magnum...I've been boating here since the late 70s..
