I went through shoulder issues for years.. tried PT and even plasma shots.. they all didn't do sht.. Finally did surgery. Best decision I ever made. Recovery sucks but its worth it! My surgeon was Dr Yagnik in Miami. He was the ortho for the fins at the time! He's great.

Doug, going for the PT vs Surgery is very good. Shoulder surgery does not even have a good outcome half the time. PT lets your body fix it, and strengthen the muscle around your shoulder joint to prevent that in the future. I did something similar in college. Good luck on your healing journey. Let me know if you want the exercise i still do to this day to keep it strong.

From a lot of the contracts I've read about,it seems like the team kicks the bulk of the money down the line so that it's team friendly and they can sign other players as well,because if u front load all the big contracts your gonna be in deep when trying to add the Xtra players your gonna need for that next season or two,but here with Tyreek I'm gonna assume they will probably go the other way to get him back around the top tier $$$ and so he'll get bigger paydays now instead of later so he'll get more of the guaranteed $$$ now instead of later,at least I think that seems pretty much how they'll do it!?

Some people just judge Grier on his drafts... Like him or not, where his real strength is, Is contracts. He is super good at taking the money he has, and maximizing the potential. Chris plays 3D chess when it comes to long term financial planning for the team.

You're missing the BIG PICTURE of these contracts. It's the guaranteed $$ that matters, we hear total value of a contract and see the avg annual salary and people freak out. What elevators contracts are incentives which often are rarely reached. Then there's the signing bonus that reduces their cap hit. So all that matters are the years and guaranteed $$ along with the signing bonus/cash that's not part of the annual salary

Not sure if itll all work oit, but my issue with paying him further is that there are certain positions we cant create cap hell for and thats wr. Qb and defenses win championships (as well as coaching) and Tyreek is a win with lose with type of talent. Tua has concentrated too much on tyrewk which has become an issie imo. Tyreek wanted to play and then retire. If it helps stretch the cap situation, fine. If it doesnt, trade him and get a player and picks and let Tua distribute the ball again.

With the off field issues I don’t think they would work an extension for tyreek right now, but the leadership and work ethic he’s brought since joining the fins should not be taken lightly. Getting tyreek and armstead brought the leadership that the fins had been missing for a while.

Restructuring Hill’s contract would not be the worst thing depending on how they structure it because Hill’s cap hit the next 2 yrs is undoable. The last year of the contract Hill is making QB money.
