@@LeaveItToTheWolves he played very well today. A perfect tua game. But ended a looser again in a big game. Part of the problem is for Tua to be good, mia has to pay 2 of the top paid wrs, a decent salary for wr3, and TE, and some good rb that cost draft capital. We also pay 2 tackles very well. With all that, they still did score 30 today. Think about that. Meanwhile they got ramesey, sieler, some mid tier signings playing like crap, an old great tackle, and overrated and overpaid chubb mixed with some pretty poor players and some overrated young guys like phillips and Holland on defense. what it costs for Tua to be good hurts the team overall. We won more with a good defense and Tua with less weapons. They missed there chance with Tua to be a contender by drafting poorly and spending his first 2 years without weapons. Now with Tua's salary, the salary it cost mia to surround him with talent to be good, which I think he needs more, Allen won today without his best wr, with a rookie wr, and a pretty young, good, but not top dollar or players, mia just won't have the money to have a good defense.

Was at the game (and a bills fan). I can tell you through conversations in the stands, Tua looked great, the RBs were a problem and hill found holes in the secondary. They came in with a plan and rocked it. The D and Poyer doing typical end game Poyer shit was the problem. When poyer can’t make a play, he aims to hurt and hope for no flag. Did the same shit in buffalo towards the end.
@Bigstick690423 күн бұрын
Right now I could care whether or not we win another game the more we lose the better draft pick we will get we need to start looking for a reliable back up to Tua most of you guys don’t remember the 70s but we had two really good quarterbacks. You have to have a good back up if you want to compete and win in this league.
@alphakenny1_23 күн бұрын
I thought they were gonna get blown out but they definitely proved me wrong. Tua played great but I got scared when he ran the ball and dove head first. McDaniel had smart play calling. Poyer’s unsportsmanlike conduct and mostert fumbling costed them the game. Also Mike McDaniel should’ve ice the kicker.
@BaxterD23 күн бұрын
I know a lot of people are gonna say blow the whole thing up, but I really dont want that. I've seen bad Dolphins teams, I've been here since Marino, this team with Tua is not a bad team. But this defense has to wake up and start making plays. That penalty by Poyer obviously is the difference between us winning and losing, I have no doubt we get in field goal range if we get the ball back there, but you cant have your offense in back to back weeks putting up 27 points and still losing, it just shouldnt happen. Call me crazy, but I legit feel like if the locker room doesnt just give up, the way the offense is clicking now with Tua back, if the defense just steps it up even slightly in the second half of games we can beat any teams left on our schedule. The AFC East race is over, but I wouldnt give up just yet on wild card. Next week for me is the nail in the coffin or the beginning of a run.
@CastroJordan23 күн бұрын
I agree... K ... but it also doesn't matter if the season is dead. If this is how they are going to play, we just need the film and to make some off-season moves. It's a new offensive philosophy and can be built on and improved. Along with personnel changes built for a run heavy physical team. Just use this season to build that identity and have the tape to watch.

The game plan was EXCEPTIONAL, and it provides a blueprint for how to beat the Bills. In my mind, this loss is 100% on Chris Grier. The struggles that we had on defense in the second half we're fully the result of a lack of serviceable depth on defense. The defensive calls were putting players in position to make the necessary plays, but the people who were in those positions were either gassed, or shouldn't have been there to begin with. I really hope that Ross doesn't blow this up at the end of the season. We're really close, but we need a better personnel department to build the roster, the right way.

Bills guy here: First off - love beating you guys but the animosity level has plummeted over the years but I do miss the Brian Cox days. Second: - I like your coach and think Tua is terrific. Third - your offense especially the line kicked butt today. Fourth - Not sure on the betting going on but the officiating stunk and again borderlines on attempting to fix the game. a) Mostert dropped his head - was not a blatant hit by Rapp, RB shoulda been flagged. b) both consecutive holding calls were garbage - announcers even said WTF - I love replay, no blatant holding going on. Fifth ) While surely aging Poyer did what he always has done - he's a competitor and a hitter. His hit did make direct contact with Colemans face mask and was a just call but those who think he did so intentionally and threw the game are sad and must have lost money. Linking that hit and him as dirty ala Kiko Alonzo or saying he willfully betrayed his Team is just BS. Really wish I could hate your team but these days Ravens have surpassed you. Never cared about NE, the were just on another level and I like KC to a point - I can't be angry at them when we blew it. My wedding anniversary was on " Wide Right " - so I'm happy Bass made it. Yeah Tua was awesome. So awesome he wasn't the best QB in the game. So awesome that yet another game he botched a snap. This has been an ongoing issue for several seasons now. And that last play of the game, truly remarkable - so we don't go for the deep Hail Mary pass and hope for a flag or maybe a hook and ladder, we go for a short passing play with zero pass rush. Was that McDaniel's decision to avoid showcasing to the world that Tua can't throw a deep ball? I could not be the only one scratching their head at that last play. And I dont want to hear anyone who makes a video tell me that Tua outplayed Allen when one had 3 TDs and almost had a 4th had the ball not bounced off of his receiver and into defender's hands. Almost making it a 2:1 ratio. Tua played decent but in a game of inches 2nd best will often come up in L column more so than the W, sorry but that's reality.

And the Texans don’t have that killer Diggs for the rest of the season and you can never tell with those packers

Can we talk about how the refs let Mack Hollins spot the ball after his catch? They never adjusted it whatsoever.
@geraldbartczak883223 күн бұрын
They are supposed to go in there and adjust it themselves, and they even gave him extra yardage

Great game by Tua, chop, achane, and okay coaching game ruined by a former bill, terrible defense and a moster fumble

Please keep thinking tua is not a problem. I’d love for you guys to keep him as loooooong as you want. He’s so limited

Network tv announcer said "miami is limited by the players ability". After a moment I thought... Nooo it's limited by the ability of the coach.

I would like the Phins to just play good football and maybe end some other teams hopes to make the playoffs. I thought it would be a blowout so I don’t feel too bad about it. I think CG needs to go. He does not draft well. The team is cursed with freak injuries. It’s a better team than what is reflected in its win loss total. It needs rookie talent in both trenches. Tua, the receivers and the running backs are capable of winning games like this if the defense can keep the opposing teams from scoring less than 25 points.

Agree to your Poyer-opinion. Some guys said in Buffalo: JP is a tough player. I said: He isn‘t a tough player. He is a stupid idiot. The hit against Coleman was just brutal, obvious and his only goal was to get the receiver injured. I am curious how you see the back-to-back Holding calls against Buffalos O-line prior to the Josh Allen rushing TD. I didn‘t see a Holding in none of the situations to be honest. But just great content, great summary. All the Best from Bills Mafia Germany Konrad

I'll be honest I'm not even mad at them , I fully expected a blow out and we did pretty well I was impressed . Loss still sucks but it was a hard hard fight for sure against the Bills. Alot of defense issues like tackling, penalties like usual , still could of ran ball a little more
@BillyBuffalo35423 күн бұрын
Poyer didnt lose the game. He contributed, but not stopping the bills a single time after the first drive lost them the game, and i dont count the int either as a "stop". They moved the ball at will.

Tua: 25/28 - Impressive. Avg throw: 4 yards lol.

But we drafted Cam Smith in the second round because he went to school with Griers son and he was so recommended by him...instead of drafting a TE or better weapon in that draft ... Demote Grier bring in a GM from either Baltimore, Buffalo,Pittsburg or even San Fran they can at least draft players to develop in the late rounds

That was a clean great play by poyor it was a bad call by the refs it was shoulder to shoulder an only incidental helmet to helmet the penalty never should have been called. No one with an once of common sense would believe that call wasn't cheating on the part of the ref. He knew that wasn't unnecessary roughness but only called it to prevent overtime because he was afraid his buffalo bills were lose because we were the much better team. They didn't want to give us a chance to get back into the race for winning the AFC Eastern division.

I am so proud of Tua and the last 2 weeks proves he is the franchise QB. Defense is badly wounded and much of the blame is on the GM letting top talent leave the team. Howard I sure would come back with a decent contract and maybe save the year. Poyer is a has been.
@gregpoland243323 күн бұрын
From a Bills fan - spot on analysis. Poyer cost Dolphins the game. Coleman may have caught it but maybe not. I really appreciate the win but feel for Tua. He is so dang accurate and touch on long ball is unbelievable.

I would first like to see Grier Fired and a new Football operations/GM before Foyer is delt, and that's to prevent Grier from making any more football personnel decisions. It's been nearly 3 decades of tbese exact results at the end of every season. He has had 5 head coaching appointments and the best one, he let walk. Great for Dave Cambell who just played in a superbowl last year, but seriously, does Gtier get a 6th head coach? Grier cant build a salad and we're asking him to produce a NFL football Team. Nearly 3 decades of decision-making in the Personnel department. That should be the subject going forward. Anyone who thought we were a better team then last year after what we received in return (free Agents) was drinking Hopiium and trying to pass that is reality.

We can’t also forget and this goes for both teams, Hill could have made that touchdown but Bills also lost two touchdowns. Yes Dolphins could have had more points but I won’t ignore that the Bills wouldn’t have had more either

The poor tackling for the last three years needs to result in the Cornerbacks coach Mathieu Araujo, Assistant Defensive Backs Coach DeShawn Shead, Defensive Backs Specialist Ryan Slowik, and Linebackers / Run Game Coordinator Joe Barry being fired. We also need to get some safety, CB and ILB help at the trade deadline or in the off-season.
