I agree with this. Only one recent vid got some complaints but even then I didn't think it was unbearable, was just a particularly noisy restaurant. But there's not a noticeable drop compared to their peers who do attach fancy mics, from my experience watching these vids

This brings back memories of a trip to Miami back in 2006. I did not have a chance to try the foods you guys did. The only Cuban food itrem I had was Cuban chicken. It was great. I did not have a chance to go on Calle Ocho

I get similar stock by cooking chicken thighs in the Instant Pot then cooking the skin and bones in the juices on the stove. It is so rich and flavorful!! That Fritas looked so good. The East Coast has fabulous seafood, that lobster....YUM!

Recently visited Miami. Sanguich was delicious, the bread was light and airy, meat was not salty. It was just right! Also tried a few empanadas from other places. Free trolley takes you to Little Havana 🙌🏻

Very interesting. Like the idea of walking down the one street and partaking of yummy delights. In San Francisco, I believe you could do the same on Mission Street and on Clement Street. What a great adventure in Miami. Still thinking about that lobster tail at Garcia's. The round fried plantains are called tostones. Had them before but not my fav. Cannot wait to see day 2!
