Did anyone buy Philip Michael Thomas' album. I did (Tubbs was my favorite) It was kinda funky in a weird Reggae cross with ambient new age music. Grace Jones meets Brian Eno. I had it on cassette and lost between a move to Germany and a move to Georgia. I haven't been able to find it since.

I remember when this album came out. I bought it and really liked it (still have the vinyl). I never really understood why it wasn't more popular. But then, I've always listened to and bought what I like, not what's "popular".

I think Billy Idol's guitarist wrote and produced this song. I love his duet with Barbra Streisand. You could tell they cared deeply about each other.

In my opinion, Caroline, Gina and Sheena are the main women in Crockett's life, both beautiful & sexy. But personally I believe Sheena is right for him because she's more of his style, even though she was much more of a singer than actress, it's sad she only last short on Miami vice, I wish she should've stayed longer.

Even though Glen Frey of The Eagles, as well as other big artists coached Don for about 6 months before he released his first album, I have to honestly say that Don wasn't quite "ready" (meaning experienced and seasoned enough for a global launch that would match his acting career at the time.) With another year or two of hard work, his vocals would have been off the charts for this song.

I agree man! She was great and her and DJ had amazing chemistry. I am still trying to figure out why they killed her off and not give her a recurring role.

@@gibbs615 I heard she was touring in real life and couldn't be on the show anymore but who knows. In season 5 which DJ wasn't in much of he didn't get involved with another woman because he never get over Caitlin.

@@gibbs615 Season 5 was the worst of them all but still loved what was left of it. Don Johnson was making a movie or two so he wasn't around much. You might like it better than me when you get a chance to watch.
