MCBS Choreographic Intensive 2024 Culminating Performance

On Friday, August 9th, 2024, the Miami City Ballet School Choreographic Intensive students completed another successful program, culminating in a beautiful performance featuring three premieres by the school’s resident choreographer, Durante Verzola.
The performance showcased the remarkable achievements of fifty-three students from thirteen ballet schools. They took on the challenge of having new choreography created for them and becoming performance-ready in just nine days. Through their cohesive, hard work and diligent efforts, they pushed the boundaries of their abilities, resulting in an extraordinary show!
