Would love to hear what these guys thought about the Boro and their Brazilian superstars as well as Ravanellie etc... obviously I'm biased but I believe they added something special to a league that at that time it was starting to lag, starting to get stale, especially to a team that most didn't believe was worthy but we built a team not just able to compete against the top teams but also good enough to beat them too, just wish we could have contained all them active ingredients but to many cooks n all that, the inevitable happened and the rest is memories UTB,

they used to call Gus the radio in the Chelsea dressing room because he talked so much met him a few occasions nice guy, great goal scoring midfielder and I feel if he wasn't injured in the 98/99 season we could have won the league as we missed he's goals. However, he ruined any good feeling a lot of Chelsea fans have for him after he joined Spurs, not so much that he joined them but the way he celebrated when Spurs knocked Chelsea out of the league cup in 2001. I think they even brought a dvd out of it lol
