Plus Roger's stylings on the talk box was done in his own fashion and not song exactly like everyone else who used something similar. You wouldn't really mistake roger for Frampton, unlike today where damn near everyone who uses auto sings the same notes over the same type of beats! Yell

The difference between somebody like Roger Troutman and the hiphoppers is that they have no musical training, so they have to “sample” or “create beats”, and the result is flat and soulless.

The second greatest Hype man ever with Jerome (Flava Flav is the 1st). And one of the all time great guitar players with Jesse Johnson. Jesse is up there with Hendrix, Van Halen, Hazel, SRV and Vai.
