Little old white lady retired teacher here who’s posted before. I’m in awe and in love listening to the eloquence and wisdom and pointed observations of Mr. Bennett. My view has always been that if people were taught to listen openly and with empathy (and WITHOUT the knee jerk reactive fear, mistrust and cynicism we’ve been conditioned to) the world would be a lot healthier in terms of people and the environment. If the Pivot gentlemen ever want to add a 4th person to their gig then Mr. Bennett would be amazing. I’m with another poster who said that of the many fabulous episodes you’ve gifted us the ones with Michael Beasley and Mr Bennett stand out the most.

This was an amazing interview. Thanks to all including Michael Bennett. I remember meeting Martelous years ago when he first got to Dallas. The guy is huge. He was never allowed to have a real shot in Dallas as a TE because of the politics of Jerry Jones. The same thing happened to Dan Campbell. Jerry wanted Jason Witten to be the face of the TE position and no one else no matter how good they were could never be given a real shot snd this is the case with every position in Dallas and why that team will never win. I live in Frisco. I know some of the ex players and you have to vow to never repeat what they tell you but all I can say is the politics of Jerry Jones is why the Cowboys will never win. Currently Dak is not the best QB on the Cowboys. The best QB has been sitting in the bench for the past 5 years. Jerry paid him to stay when he could have gone to be a starting QB with other teams. The politics of Jerry Jones.
