Some of my students told me about it and that it made it very hard to pay attention for an extended time. I did change my delivery since I wanted to impart knowledge. But I don't know, there was just something infuriating about your petty complaining over his actual speaking voice, and so I just let fly. I don't think I was all that nasty about it, more like curt. People typically complain about technical difficulties, somebody's mic is not coming through or whatnot, and so maybe the host will fix the problem. But not a guest's actual native speaking voice. You wouldn't ever ask a stranger to actually speak and address you differently than he does for your particular preference, which would be shockingly poor form, more or less unacceptable social behavior. Nor did his voice bother me in the slightest bit, and it would never occur to me to be put off by this man's voice, and vocal delivery. No, global trade is still mostly done in dollars and those dollars used by other countries are held in western assets. The US stock market has 80% of all global investment money in it. Once a banking system for global trade is established and shown to work properly without using western systems or currencies, the world will quickly switch to using that new system and the economic power of the US will collapse. The world also needs to move their assets out of western countries, and that’s happening slowly as well but they need something else to put that money into. China’s version of the IMF and the Chinese stock market will be those entities, but there needs to be evidence their markets aren’t manipulated and are safe to put money into. Something the west has been trying really hard to convince the world that Chinese investment is unstable and unsafe, while western powers invest in China.

Don’t be fooled, the US knows that Russia and China will get involved in the Middle East to protect Iran. This is why the US tried so hard to de-escalate things between Israel and Iran when Israel attacked the Iranian embassy in April. The US does not want a war between Israel and Iran, that could quickly start WW3. Israel on the other hand wants to expand the war hoping to bring US forces in to fight the war for them, expecting the US to be able to win (which the US knows it will not be able to).

Just to be clear, nowhere in scripture does it state that God loves anyone more than everyone else. In fact the opposite - God loves everyone! What scripture does state is the term "chosen people". We automatically think "chosen" means "favourite" or "loved best" but does it?? Maybe these people were "chosen" because they needed help the most!!! A loving God would do that. Maybe God has "chosen" them to do good in the world and to be good leaders and shining examples of virtue for all humanity.
