See, I think Earley gets it when he mentioned LSU as his dream job....if he wins a natty or more...he'll be an Aggie legend. I think Schloss did TAMU a solid by leaving like he did. If he finds the right staff and has a good recruiting game, I could see this guy being here a long, long time.

Not an Aggie, but I could not be happier for Texas A&M baseball with the way things worked out. What an unexpected but desirable turn of events for the Aggies. A key question that went unasked, and perhaps someone will ask it at the introductory press conference, What was it like in those days after committing to be on the staff at Texas and then receiving the call to return to A&M as head baseball coach?

I don't think they can go there. And that is agreed upon prior. What's the point? He is the new HC of one of the most talented college teams in D1. He loves life and wants to focus on his teams future! That's it!! And exactly why as a reporter you do not ask that question. Maybe after he wins the natty....next year.

What A&M needs to do for all sports is have a bus route set up to take students to the game. Basketball might not need it but the others do. For a student choosing to go to a volleyball game or tennis match basically means you’re going to water an hour walking there and back
