Just saw Nefarious( movie).. .Heisers content really came to mind.. what an amazing Christian movie..I thou g t it was an Exorcism movie but quite the opposite....message of what is REALLY going on in our world....one comment made in movie by the demon was " God made you in His image but we remade you in ours"...this movie was BEST christian movie ever seen.( for such a time as this. Ezekiel 16:49-50 NIV - “'Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy." This verse is conveniently "overlooked" as "strange flesh" also gets overlooked as to what it means. I never once heard this verse from any "traditional" Christian source - only proclamation about homosexuality. Another poster mentions the "gay lobby" pointing to this verse. LOL if it wasn't so sad: the Church should no more exclude this verse than any verse that Dr. Heiser refuses to exclude. But perhaps that is the point of exclusion: much harder to address the arrogance and ignoring the needy than it is to address "homosexuality". As Dr. H points out, that is homosexual rape in this case. So glad the "gay lobby" or same sex attracted Christians pointed this out, cause no Sunday School or pulpit was going to. (Oh. and overfed is listed. Gluttony is the "acceptable" sin in many churches. Or, at the very least overlooked.)

On some level. They would also point to Ezekiel 16 where, they would argue, Sodom and Gomorra’s sin is defined as idolatry and a lack of social justice (feeding the poor, etc). The problem is they ignore the last part of the description where the people commit “an abomination.” Translations will often have that in the plural but it’s singular. Whatever this abomination is, it was the breaking point. Ezekiel has touch points with Leviticus; Leviticus defines what are abominations. The only “abomination” that fits the S&G story is a sexual sin.

We as followers of the Abrahamic faith only see 1/2 of our scriptures by deducing that God is not in continual control... vs. 24/7 and so on. The scriptures must be read in the context that there are 2 fathers that are vying for control of 1 son - one of LIGHT and the other of DARKNESS. First off are must admit that there are (2) 'masters'. There MUST be, because of the bilateral design of the 'promise', then becomes plural or promises of blessings OR curses in accordance with a person's actions or 'deeds'. As such, to deny the 'master' that has 'purchased' them is referring to the 'spirit' by which they are ruled. Please note that you SELL YOURSELF in accordance with the deeds that you do, the fruit defines the spirit, and the spirit the 'master' This designation of 'master' by design creates an obvious construct of duality that is understood by the (2) extremes of many different KINDS - everything being 'according' to it's kind... clean vs. unclean, light vs. dark, day vs. night, wet vs. dry, and even expressed as (1) vs. 'many'. In order for the wording of Jude verse 4 to be accurate, some people were 'designated for evil', so again, there are also then, those who are designated for 'good'. This verse would lend itself well to the 'mainstream version' of Calvinism - where everything is predetermined and without any choices that a person can make. This doctrine (Calvinism) and the lacking of a choice is the cause of it's 'failure', as the idea of choice and having one is embedded in the very structure of the Bible's writings from front to back all the way from Genesis where Cain is opted to do either 'right' or 'wrong'. These two 'options' existed from the beginning of time itself and are presented by way of a very TINY 2 letter word called... "if". The word - used often in scriptures is in itself an opportunity to choose. If NOTHING existed before God 'created' anything, then ALL THINGS must be attributed to God (Elohim) AND Lord God (YHWH Elohim). This is the very context of Isaiah 45:7, which says... "I form light and I create darkness. I make peace and I create evil: I the Lord do ALL these things." We must reconcile this verse because it marries together things that do NOT go together. There is something that is very subtle, and hidden in the wording used in Isaiah 45:7 and once understood completely 'breaks the seals' of the true context of the writings. There is a stark and obvious contrast given - light vs. dark, and peace vs. evil. Notice that darkness and evil are 'created' whereas light and peace are 'formed and made'. As a important side note, man was 'formed' and woman was 'made'. Some may see Elohim and YHWH Elohim as (1) and that is correct, but the (1) is referred to by (2) 'terms', and in the case of Christianity must also be understood to be (3). Thus Elohim and YHWH Elohim can be compared to 2 sides of the same 'coin' and YHWH IS the 'coin'. YHWH is the code or 'law' (the Word) that defines the 2 sides of the 'coin', as a set of statutes and 'rules' by which ALL THINGS are 'made' (or created) - literally the 'word' or law that ALL of the 'creation' obeys without a choice. Because of the 'purpose' of the word cannot be deviated from, it is exactly as Jesus said and taught, that "the scriptures cannot be broken." Paul expresses the implications of this 'binding' throughout his writings, but most clearly in Romans 2:12 where it says... "For all who have sinned without the law will ALSO perish WITHOUT the law." The verses that follow then continue on to describe the idea that the law (as stated for end times) is to be written on each person's heart... so that 'by nature' the works of the law are known and done by ALL, and so, regardless of 'possession' of or even knowledge of - the 'law'. Since those who do not have the law, fall under it's jurisdiction the same as those who 'have it', the law then applies UNIVERSALLY to ANY and all peoples, tribes, tongues, and so on and to ANYTHING it is that this 'multitude' does. Since the law JUDGES ALL in this manner, and the 'law' is thought to be YHWH or the 'word' as per the Gospel of John, Jesus comments about NOT 'juding' removes Him from the role of being YHWH, while at the same time IF He does ALL that the law requires, makes Him (Jesus) the law 'manifested in the flesh' by His very actions. This is why He (Jesus) asked to be "Judged by His works", since it was obvious that what He was teaching could not be understood or accepted. This is a part of the mystery with which Paul refers in 1 Corinthians 2:8. I would submit that since the law is in the way, universally applicable to all - evil, good, holy, or filthy (Revelation 22:11) that it would be fact that ALL KNEES are 'already bent'... but sadly, those without the 'knowledge' of these things are 'perishing', with their knees bent backwards... or 'hamstrung' as the scriptures state ('horses'). Grace by it's definition is 'evil' (that is used for good). I say this because grace is unjust as it allows for partiality and scriptures are clear that no man is shown any. Thus salvation by 'grace', is salvation by 'sin'; whereas sin is equated to the 'bruising' of one whom is disobedient and best being thought of as 'self inflicted neglect' (sin). Some follow the staff and some are bruised by the rod. Read Isaiah 53 now and consider the person it speaks of... Numbered amongst the transgressors - sinner. Nobody to be esteemed - sinner. And so on and so on. Thus there are - as there are always two - (2) kinds of servants, good and faithful or... 'sufferring'. Since ALL are thus serving in one manner or the other, it should then be easy to understand the 'predestination' that is spoken of. The context being that, since the word IS God, and the scriptures cannot be broken, ALL are already serving (the Lord). Now that I've told you this - Isaiah 52:15 is thus fulfilled. There is a misunderstanding about WHAT (not who) the 'son of man' is. The 'son of man' is always and without exception referred to in the 3rd person whenever Jesus mentions the 'term'. There is a good reason, as THE or A 'son of man' is a gate or door, that stands between the (2) fathers. This door is 'opened' to the Lord by 'faith' and 'obedience' and thereby the Lord is glorified. A perfect example of this 'door' is given in Ezekiel 2, where Ezekiel is called and told to 'stand'. Ezekiel makes it absolutely clear that it is the 'spirit' that enters him and it is the 'spirit' that causes him to STAND - and THEN He could hear the Lord speaking to him. Thus, the 'son of man' is ALREADY inside of each of us. Just because the 'knock' (Holy Spirit) is not answered does not mean that the door isn't there, nor is there a lack of a MASTER on either side of the 'door'. This is why Jesus used psalm 110 to explain... and when He did question the pharisees, added a bit of context that only RAIN MAN (me) would catch Him adding, when He says of David... 'speaking in the spirit'. What Jesus was saying was that the Lord (YHWH) said to David's 'master', 'son of man', and yes 'messiah'... "sit at my right hand until I MAKE your enemies your 'footstool'." This is why Jews understand that there will be (2) messiahs. This is why Jesus pressed for workers, and said that the 'kingdom is within you', literally 'in your midst', and because the law is bilateral and the 'word'... "wherever 2 or more are gathered I am there." This 2 or more is transcendent and even if a person is 'alone', if they are 'aware of' or 'believe in' "God" then He is 'there'. We are and have been - for a very very long time - reading these scriptures 'wrong'. If the 'kingdom is within you' then my question would be, which one do you see... Satan's kingdom or God's? When LORD GOD breathed His spirit into us - we got the WHOLE BAG OF TRICKS... the ability to do good OR evil. It is our (internal door) 'son of man' that can repent (Numbers 23:19) and serve God, or rebel against an unbreakable law that will in the end only break the one who tries, as the word of the Lord will NOT return without serving it's purpose, and fulfilling it's unbreakable promise, and the word and law promises BOTH 'good' AND 'evil'. There are 2 parts to the creation story... one belongs to Elohim, and the other YHWH Elohim. 'Darkness' was the first thing that was 'created'... and then LIGHT was 'formed from' the darkness and separated from it. You cannot separate something unless it is with or a part of something else. Can darkness and light be the same? Psalm 139:12 says so exactly. We have to pay attention to 'names' when we interpret the scriptures. This should be obvious as everything gets it's 'name' according to 'what it is' or what it 'represents'. Jerusalem for example means 'teaching of peace' and the 'New Jerusalem' - the 'new teaching of peace' - has already come down from heaven... and we have been 'enjoying it' for nearly 2,000 years. That 'sword' that flashes back and forth seems to swing at 1,000 year intervals in each direction and I fear that we and our world are in great danger as we have been unable to do as we were told... to simply love the Lord our God, and also each other. Instead, we practice the doctrines of the devil... and bless out one side of our mouths and curse out the other. And in a double edge sword fashion I would add. You know, if you look at the world as we know it, and all the land that is habitated, if the habitated portion is considered our world, then Antarctica is under us, under the world. Cold and ice burn just as fire. I believe Antarctica froze when the flood happened. That tracks, it makes sense. Antarctica is just as supernatural as the flood. The instant freezing up to 3 miles thick and 5.3 million square miles of it. The ice couldn't have taken millions of years to form or build up and instantly freeze and encase animals in ice. God dropped the waters that were held above the earth and sky onto the earth. Just before that, wolly mammoths were eating buttercups from a green field of grass. They were instantly frozen in place from a cold vortex from the upper atmosphere, and so were the waters they're encased in. If that's where the leaders of the fallen are, as I have believed for a decade or longer, then things like Hitler building a base there suddenly make sense. U.s. forces tracked his nazis there and engaged in a battle with them and got their asses handed to them rather speedily. According to the accounts of that battle, the nazis had non-human help. Those nazis were not defeated. Apparently that non-human help demanded no fighting near nor on Antarctica. I don't remember ever hearing those nazis getting rounded up or anything. It's definitely not normal for all countries with military to be present there and sharing without trying to claim the lands. Sounds like something else calls the shots there...
