that black outfit is meant to tear easily thats why. according to my understanding, he was wearing the beat it outfit UNDERNEATH the workin day and night outfit (black outfit in yokohama) . so in order to change very quickly, he js simply takes of parts of his workin day and night outfit to reveal his next outfit for beat it. you can read about this in K.O.S. king of style. he did this to perform a magic trick in front of the audience

There is another one during second leg of Bad tour where the 6th strap on his right arm was bouncing when singing Rock with you, Kansas city . The Tokio first concert one is good too. And the zipper incident in Kansas during APOM.

they are different styles, they should not be compared. Michael only used playback on the HIStory Tour due to laryngitis

As for the jumping and stuff, freddie and the whole member of the queen are not dancers and michael is an all around performer that's why.
