The ONLY medium I've ever seen that might actually be legit, is that Hollywood medium dude. Mostly because he seems to be able to tell things that NO ONE else knew besides specific family members. Also, he didn't get "possessed" by ghosts, he could just interpret their messages. But he could also just be a master manipulator and people reader so.. I'll stay sceptic. Edit: Also this is just.. so insensitive..

I recently went to a medium. She knew things only my grandma would know. She described her spirit so well. Knew my grandpas name who has also passed. Said other relevant names. When my Gma passed and we were cleaning out her house, My baby cousin said “oma” and pointed in my grandmas bedroom. She then went and chatted. The medium (without us even saying anything or speaking of my baby cousin) said to my cousin “you have a child who sees her” I do believe now. But not all are legit
