The behind the scenes video for that walkthrough is amazing, I think I remember it took the guy like 6 months to make, the 'fleshy' cobweb stuff is thin sheets of tissue that he sprayed down with water. Grandmother is a normal adult mannequin he posed on the bed while Grandfather is a kid mannequin so it would fit in the crappy little bathtub without looking too awkward. The hair hanging all over the place is from the same wig he used on Grandmother, it's actually really cool how much went into the project to make it all 'match'. If I remember right I think the general story outline is that this is limbo and the guy either murdered his grandparents or they died and he didn't give them a proper burial so they're haunting him in the afterlife. Hence the sutra chanting that plays in the background through the entire video.

Hey Ken, in Australia (especially NSW) they don’t have to declare someone died there- they don’t even have to declare it was a murder home. Buyer beware philosophy. But there are small loop holes. I remember someone legitimately getting their deposit back when they unknowingly tried to buy a murder home where unspeakably horrible things happened. I remember it was really hard though, they have to go to NSW department of fair trading and the media. That’s why most are advised to look through the news history of a suburb to see what happens there before putting in an offer. All the murder houses I knew growing up (generally from domestic violence) normally were quickly knocked down, sub divided and sold for a profit as a duplex or townhouses. A lot of sellers don’t want to take the financial risk of it getting a stigma on the market and sitting there too long. Also the property market in Sydney is so hot you can turn a massive profit doing this. My home has gone up $300,000 in value in 2 years just for existing, so many young people search for murder homes because it’s either the only way to get in the market or the land is so valuable. Our property market is like the ‘Wild West’ of Australian law. You have more rights returning a laptop than you do a 1mil apartment that’s faulty. Anyway, I scrolled through your comments and I didn’t see anyone give you a detailed answer. Not that you were asking. I just find our property market really interesting. I hope someone appreciates this insight into the life of millennials trying to get a home in Sydney. The old man I bought from died within a month of moving out. We said “if ghosts are a thing and he haunts this place we just have to deal with it because we spent 10 years saving for this place”.

I was just about to ask this as a question to the possible realtors that watched.. cos I think in America you don't HAVE to disclose it unless someone asks, but you aren't then allowed to lie an say no. Like a kind of realtor loophole so if the buyers forget to ask, then you aren't required to say anything since it usually puts people off of commiting to the house. Maybe that's just a myth, idk. But either way it's become a staple question when buying a house.

Omg i barely hear anyone talk about fatal frame and you have no idea how happy it made me to hear you mention it. Those were my mother and I’s favorite game series. We are obsessed with it. Sadly no one ever knows what we are talking about most times. Im so glad to hear them mention it.

The biggest jumpscare in existence is when your mining and you turn back and there's a creeper ready to blow in hard core

Tetanus lives in the dirt. If what you cut your finger on wasn't on the ground before then you paid for that jab for no reason. I got a huge thorn in my arm and they took a $400 X-ray and told me "opaque things don't show on X-ray" after I told them it was wood in my arm. They just want your money sometimes.

@@ComicusFreemanius super true! Sadly the knife I hurt myself with had been in a lot of dirt and stuff. It was my camping blade :( otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it and still regret cus it hurts like crap !

I admit I have asked about a gift I gave to my brother. It was a small statue. When I came to visit him, I asked to see it. He had to admit he returned it to the store to buy a fancy throw rug. I never asked about any gift after that incident.

I really thought the lady from The Ring was gonna pop out with all that hair everywhere. I was squinting all the time waiting for it. Haha. Also, sometimes it looked like Ken and Felix's headphones cords met together at the bottom of the screen. Idk why but that seemed so wholesome ^-^
