Deep down I think many who write comments here know that the music industry is a very dark institution where many great singers, songwriters, musicians, groups and backing singers have fallen by the wayside due to those involved in the industry. Micheal Jackson was blessed with such talent but for all that talent the industry chewed him up and spat him out . The legacy is the music and the memories he has left . He was a handsome young man and never needed to change what god had given him, so you have to ask who was around him to change his looks . Ultimately you can’t change history and Michael had been gone nearly 15 years, this shows you the level of emotional maturity and feeling in his singing and the way he show that . It’s just so sad that he’s not alive , and what music he could have made over those years . RIP Micheal Jackson.

As much as I’m broken over MJ dying before I was even born, I don’t think that he would mentally be able to take being almost 70 years old now.
@ei57767 күн бұрын
When you say he changed his looks, you do know his autopsy report confirmed that he had vitiligo. He suffered a 3rd degree burn to his head. Which led him to resort to wearing wigs. For most people, the nose starts to shrink after a nose job. I think MJ did indeed have 2 nose jobs and any subsequent ones were corrective surgeries. The changes to his facial structures were mostly from fillers (Botox). The tabloids say he had cheek implants, his entire family including his mum all have high cheek bones. the face is very easy to manipulate. A little alteration can make it seem like you have had a lot done.

I am a middle age Chinese male from Hong Kong and I just can’t help to crying when every time I heard this song,Although we don’t know each other but Michael just like one of our families or good friend who have been growth with us together, This song not only records the wonderful and incredible voice of Michael Jackson, but also records the feelings and those beautiful unforgettable memories between people in our life time, It also reminds us that we used to have some older family members who always loved us very deeply, but now they are no longer alive. When you find that the elders families have passed away one by one, but you just can't do nothing ,your heart will feel very helpless and sadness, And most of all, you will find out that you never treat them as well as they treat you. You never use your best love and time for them,You will feel very depressed and regret. So in order to stop making regrets for yourself and your family, I think we should do our best to treat them well and give them the most sincere love and care. I mean time waits for nobody,One morning in January 2011, my father went out for the morning sports as usual, Maybe because of the stroke, he suddenly fainted and hit a stone in the brain, causing serious intracranial hemorrhage. When we went to the hospital, the doctor had declared that there was no way to save him.After few hours,He’s gone.... He died suddenly and didn't even leave a word for us. So I understand that people will never know what will happen tomorrow? So we must cherish our parents and those peoples we love. Hey friend,if you haven't done it yet, please start right now.

It is funny that you mention being Chinese, I mean that with all due respect though. I am saying all of this to say this because Michael Jackson has Chinese Ancestry. And he gets it from his mother Katherine Jackson, who is on average about 20-25 percent Chinese by blood.

One unnoticed thing about this song is how beautifully it expresses the feeling of "true" love. In those times, love was real and people were real. Losing a loved one wasn't as casual as it is nowadays. People tend to move on like it was a piece of cake. What Michael's voice depicts is that he truly loved someone but couldn't express it. And someone's absence really affects him. This stands out at a moral about true love. Exactly. A moral. Another thing which songs these days miss. RIP Michael Jackson.

On top of his otherworldly talent, I believe Michael never realized just how naturally handsome he was. Strong square jaw, killer smile, huge dark eyes, beautiful complexion, perfectly V-shaped body.... He never saw this, sadly.
@muzhann49444 жыл бұрын
he knew and saw that but the real reason why he change his image is to erase his father figure coz he hate him that he don't want to see him in his own face. he was bullied that his nose is so big even by his own father, changing his color is also coz of his skin disorder he have vitiligo his skin pigmentation is changing into different color since the young age, and the only thing to cure it is to totally blend his color, as a performer he has to make himself looks better without showing all those patches and you don't wanna see that if ur in his shoes, thats what i understand and i hope its help you .
@alrune84 жыл бұрын
@@muzhann4944 I know about the vitiligo problem he had and i know it's a condition that only worsens with age. I also know that his father bullied him numerous times about his face. I just wish he had found help earlier and his siblings would have helped him before he went too far with the face alteration. And you're welcome.
@blameitoncapitalism4 жыл бұрын
he was handsome, yes indeed. But in this video, he has done two plastic surgery in his nose already, his hair was not natural for he was using a perm, and he was wearing a lot of make up. So yes, he was handsome, BUT, if you wanna talk smuck about his changed appearence in later years, and claim his "natural" beauty, then go to a video where you can really see it, for real. From before 1978. And his complexion thing was not his fault. his skin condition damaged his skin.

he & my grandpa had the same birthday & he wouldve turned 84. he died on march 26 last year from covid :'( they were both from indiana too. actually he was from wyoming & moved 2 indiana & thats where im from. i didnt know he was from wyoming till i looked at the prayer cards at his viewing. he was in the emergency room & had a really bad cough 4 months & had trouble breathing. then he was in the hospital 4 another month with some kinda disease & lung damage. he recovered & we thought he was gonna come home but got sick again. it took a turn 4 the worse so they put him on a ventilator. he caught the virus & died at 8:45 in the morning :'( i miss him soooo much & always will. his nurse was with him when he died. they prayed the rosary 2gether & he died peacefully. i prayed he’d live long enough 4 one last easter but he didnt. he was the most religious guy i knew. he had a jesus license plate, a rosary hanging on his rear view mirror, a church music box that played amazing grace with a priest figure & a crucifix by a picture of Him in his room. he prayed at a chapel every thursday & went 2 church every sunday. when i said my prayers the night he died i asked god 2 give him the warmest welcome He possibly could 2 heaven & He definitely did. i bet my grandpa was ecstatic 2 meet Him. i prayed his first easter & holidays in heaven would be his best ones ever. i have seven aunts & uncles & he always said the prayers on holidays b4 we ate. i prayed his second easter with Him would be an awesome one too & it definitely was. r.i.p. grandpa & michael :'( i love & miss both of u sooo much :'(

It wasnt that he didnt think he was handsome. He began to demonstrate the disease Vitiligo. It is a long term skin condition characterized by skin losing their pigment ( color) the patches of skin affected become white and sharp margins. Michael began getting patches on his face, while the biggest pop star in the world. He thought he would look bad with Black features and White skin like “Albinos”. This is why he started Plastic surgery. He didn’t want to be white. He simply thought If the disease was gonna make him white, then he would look better with white features. Thus the surgeries on his nose. It is difficult for Black skin to not scar with Plastic surgery. I think Michael had too many surgeries trying to get it right. He never wanted to be White. He simply was trying to find a way to deal with the disease anf the changes it made in his appearance. Same with the hair. He no longer felt his Afro worked with this new skin color. He did some bleaching of the brown skin to get it closer to the color of the patches of white. There is a model who has vitiligo and this many years later, she is accepted with large white patches on her face and body. So Michael was perfectly happy with how he looked til the skin disease.
@babii171804 жыл бұрын
Anghiari Fior he actually thought he looked like Joe, he had such a tragic relationship with his dad he didn’t want to even resemble him, on top of that Michael as you stated had vitiligo but before that he developed really bad acne. He went through so many changes even with the burn from the Pepsi commercial. He lost a lot of his hair, which is why he started to wear wigs. I honestly never thought he resembled Joe he looked more like his mom and she so beautiful Janet is her twin.

Not really. He was good looking. Wouldn't say beautiful. If he wasn't a singer or famous he would just look like any ordinary guy in his 20s. Getting famous and rich does make you "attractive" to the opposite sex.

Actually, MJ only provided vocals for this song, he didn't write the lyrics or write the music. Tom Bahler wrote this song.

@@NoOne-xe2qf nothing on that comment says Michael wrote it. If someone quotes the terminator they don't need to provide the script writer's name. Same logic champ

@@KorpusV6 Not hardly. By putting a statement in quotation marks followed by Michael Jackson's name signifies Michael Jackson is the author of the quote, which he isn't. The Terminator is a non fiction character, therein lies the difference.

I have no words, his voice is amazing. The way he sings, you can tell he really put his heart all in for it. All those emotions in his voice as almost if it were his own feelings, which makes it even more beautiful and impactful. He really meant what he sang

Michael was a perfectionist in everything he did,his performances were beyond what anyone could do today.....you just can't duplicate that kind of artistry .

The pureness of his tone, realness of his emotion and simplicity of this video is sublime yet so powerful. Michael. You were so beautiful and so loved. "...and it cuts like a knife" how you're out of our lives.
