I've told people this all the time that it's much harder to recreate muscle memory when you're teaching because of habits that's been ingrained in them. The only way to do it is not just doing it so many times but making it apart of your everyday thing and even when you don't want to do it, you still do it to the point where it even annoys you, that's only how you can do it. And that's why most fighters will only get to a certain level because they don't have the dedication to push themselves beyond their limits to learn new things and reprogram their muscle memory which is necessary with some techniques. I see this more with strikers, particularly boxers who could be better if they emptied their cup and filled it again. Pacquiao is the only boxer I've seen within the last decade that added more wrinkles to his game and constantly adapted new techniques from other sources, which is why he got better as he got older.

is he saying "that dudes heart was so huge" to imply the steroids he clearly knew kimbo was using enlarged his heart, therefore leading to his heart attack & sudden death at 42? subtle tell, but well spoken.

@@ashivsharma3371 I guess people take different meanings of what they hear. MJW might mean that Kimbo is a good man. But, Vlad twists it into something else.

Kimbo was the ultimate rags to riches street brawler. They need to make a video game behind his story.

Kimbo came off the streets and was 5-2 in MMA so it wasn’t as bad as Vlad makes it seem

How about bring up his age when it came to him fighting in the UFC. If he came into MMA at an earlier age he could have been successful, his cardio was horrible.

Kimbo didn't have the gas tank and didn't know what to do when he got taken down . But he was exciting as hell and actually didn't have a ego for a dude with his reputation . Never claimed to be the best . RIP mate

It’s a real disservice to say “probably drug related” about someone’s death if you don’t know for sure cuz now you’re putting that thought in ppl’s heads especially from this platform
