Bold claim, but I'm black and that doesnt check out.. coming from someone who used to street fight for weed and looked into many kinds of martial arts, boxing kick boxing wrestling etc, and I'm still inspired by Lee over Michael, Michael's dope no doubt, but to me he ain't Lee, Lee changed the fight game, no one thought you could adequately put different fighting techniques together, they thought you could only either be a boxer or some kung fu master, not in between

Vlad a agent . Asking bait type questions for dramatic response... MJW was too intelligent to fall for such simple minded techniques. Ever answer was well thought out and worded perfectly, not once did he insult or bad talk the many people they discussed. MJW is the man, working in Hollywood without sacrificing his soul or integrity, hence the rough experince he speaks on as being a black actor.. that's cause it's only the actor who don't bend to the negative influences of Hollywood. With their pedophilia, gay rituals , and evil influencing.. If you don't join you don't get the spotlight and Oscars, and trajectory he was speaking on in their careers. But, even without it, he maintains a humble position, and positive roles. Respect sir! A true MELANATED HERO.

@Jonata humans are animals. Humans, like animals, arrange themselves into hierarchies. Alphas are at the top of the Hierarchy, betas are at the bottom. Hierarchies are in our dna, we have lived with them for millions of years. Hierarchies are older than trees. Our emotional state is regulated by where we perceive ourselves to be in a given hierarchy. Human hierarchies are a lot more complex than any hierarchy in the animal kingdom. Men create the hierarchies and compete within them. Women choose from the top of the hierarchy. This is why nature is viewed as feminine, because nature is that which chooses. Saying that there's no alpha or beta in human kind is to say that hierarchies don't exist in human kind, which is false.

@Travis_thenerd
@Travis_thenerd 4 жыл бұрын
Eazy-E M2C Of course hierarchies exist. The human hierarchy is decided on who has the most money, simple and plain. Not saying I agree with it being that way, but that is just the facts. If you disagree with that your a naive. That being said, there are plenty of wimps out there with millions of dollars. Because of money and that alone, they have power and women. Now with any other animal, it is contradictory to be considered wimpy and an alpha. Humans hierarchy isn’t based on whose an alpha or not, unless you change the perception of what an alpha is completely.

Love love love MJW. Still trying to figure out why he hasn't done any of the Marvel movies, hell he is a real life action hero. He was not in Black Panther, but someone in Hollywood need to get it right and out him in the next one! Hey Michael since you are doing your own thing, why not do a project with you,Taimak and Wesley Snipes?

This man is incredible. I became an instant fan while watching Blood & Bone, but never knew much about him. It's so nice to see a long form interview where you get to hear about their up bringing & get a sense of their personality. He doesn't bullshit & he may say people may not want to hear this, but he'll say whatever he thinks about it. It's so refreshing to see a celebrity who is down to earth & will speak his mind. Great interview, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

1:30:00 is important. Shows you how blacks are treated in Hollywood. Old news but some people tend to think it's not true. They would rather hire a mediocre white guy than an outstanding black actor. Smh. People who say there is "equal" opportunity in America are ignorant as hell.

Right now it's parity. No one can open an action movie with his name anymore but studios did bet on The Rock and Denzel as their last true action stars.
@KennethKetchum
@KennethKetchum 5 жыл бұрын
@@thephezzaniferengi1456 excuse me, but Denzel is NOT an action star and The Rock is, to me, a fantasy action character - just look at his name. If MJW is my #1 action star, then why would I even put The Rock and Denzel in the same sentence? Action stars are: Scott Adkins, Donny Yen, Tony Jaa and Iko Uwais are legitimate ACTION stars (the latter was in a recent Mark Wahlberg action movie). All of my action stars do their OWN stunts and are legitimate martial artists. Anyone can hold a gun and fake shooting - that is NOT action - that is gun totting. i LIKE MY ACTION ATHLETIC which adds credibility to a role and story line. There is NO parity for black action stars or else MJW would have his own series and/or sequels (where is the Blood and Bone sequal? That could easily be a series). Enter the Dragon co-star JIM KELLY articulated this many times. White american cannot tolerate a non-white action hero. MJW could easily kick every leading action hero's ass in REAL TIME in REAL LIFE. He should have been Black Panther. But then again, this is racist Hollywood. It is insanity to believe there is parity. so called Blaxploitation movies were made because racist Hollywood did not want to cast black actors in roles that were contrary to the lily white characters that would challenge the post civil rights portrayal of black people empowerment. Why did it take over 30 years to make a movie about the Black Panther movement? Don't kid yourself. I stopped trying to be an actor way back in 1980 when my roommate was getting the types of roles Robert Townsend vilified in his classic MOVIE Hollywood SHUFFLE. How in the world could the Aliens franchise Ripley character land Sara Connor (Terminator movies) be called the FIRST female action star when Pam Grier was kick the asses of pimps, pushers, corrupt politicians and gansters in her movies a decade before Aliens premiered. Realize that Pam Grier was kicking the asses of REAL PEOPLE, not aliens or the Terminator. Hollywood completely ignored Pam Grier who was the first real hard core female action hero in American Cinema. If you don't believe me, name me a more hard core female action star BEfore the movie COFFY? Go ahead. Show me a woman who was using shotguns and other weapons taking it to the MAN? Huh? I am waiting? Hollywood is racist garbage. There is no parity and there never will be.

@@KennethKetchum Denzel might be one of the greatest dramatic actors of all time but for the last 15years 90% of what he does is action. Equalizers,Magnificent 7, 2 guns, Book of Eli, Out of time, Man on fire... I'm sure the list is much longer but that's off the top my head. He is definetly an action star, he just happens to also be IMHo top 3 greatest actors of all time.
