Self-Improvement stops, once you get comfortable. Self-Improvement stops, once you doubt. Self-Improvement stops, once you start to feel like you are wasting your time. Self-Improvement is a constant, never-stopping wheel that must be lubricated with Dedication, Sweat and Willpower.

Awesome live stream today! Very great tips.🥋🥊💪🏽✊🏽 I agree, mental strength and preparedness is the number 1 & 1st line of self defense. If you convince yourself you will fail, then most likely you will. That seems to work for any goal one may have. It's almost like you speak it into reality. Great vid Jai.😎💪🏽

Great video, some good advice. I started for different reason, it was mandatory , my dad and all my brother had to trained for years it was part of my life. I started at Goshi Shun Grand Master James Fain first dojo in Newark NJ. Fain had a hole in the floor to get to the basement where we change in to our gi.

You are absolutely right The real MJW! Ali said when he worked out, he began his count after muscle exhaustion. My sensei would say if my Hachimaki ( Japanese bandana) was not dripping with sweat I hadn't trained at all. We used our Hachimaki as our moral compass when training. I have kickstarted ny training after watching your videos because you inspire me. Time to kickass. Ouss!

Martial art is to use own body not to use people to block an opponent by hack internet bank account, chance to get a job ect ... it's very easy to use weapon to make fear or to get by force. Then to defeat someone the martial artist should do without limit BUT with his body

Can You Be My Coach and Help Me Blend a basic few styles i kniw of. into leveling self style. But its better to try the mindset of Michael's. Tey to get to 100 n push to 1000. Youbstart at 1001..even better. Confusion is that 1st hundred kicks in 1 kick. Only. Keeps the mind editing the next rep. Like bruce lee says do 1 kick at a time. 1000 times. So now ur body knows of.. And then mindfully make adjustments
@cjfrankicenhour92034 жыл бұрын
How coom the back down movie was. Made the Wrestler a boxer and the boxer a wrestler. Countering teamwork. I was busy minding Duffee to go Train With. Wow huge sand bodybag beaten upon. Karate roundhouse kick to wrestling position being ready. Duckin boxin kickin.

Crazy human body. From the kicker to kick off the boxer arms.. To boxer now to kicking KOs.. For triceps dropping.. To kickboxer charlie horse the thigh and boxing ko punches. Hows the roundhouse kickin stomach to help lose the opponents air. Oo Coach. Watch mindfully the breathin patterns after ufc fighta and body damages. To exhuast them
