Your are correct. The nba is so horrible now. Like every other sport. Every generation is more lazy. Players laying out 20 games a year. Just because they're lazy. They should doc there pay like any of us would have happen. Especially LeBron. All the idiots that say he is anywhere near the greatest. The greatest don't lay out of games. They play 82 games unless they are injured. And not these fake injuries the use today.

@@danielocean3699you know you’re actually right in terms of it not being necessarily true. I got Kobe or Magic at number two and Kobe ALMOST reached Michael’s level but couldn’t quite get there. Magic is definitely up there as well. But L4-6ron ain’t close.
@DrugzMunny2 жыл бұрын
There are some players like Kobe, Kareem, and Lebron that are fairly close. I know that Lebron is the ultimate magnet for haters, but he averages more rebounds, assists, 2P%, 3P%, and 3-point attempts/makes than Jordan, and is ahead in certain longevity stats like more all-star appearances, more all-NBA selections, total points, rebounds, assists, blocks, 3's. Even has 4 championships, 4 MVP's, 4 finals MVP's, 6 all-defensive selections. I'd put Jordan ahead, but it's fairly close. But Kareem, on the other hand has a legitimate case. 6-time champion, 19-time all-star, 15-time all-nba, 11-time all-defensive, 6-time MVP, he had a 34.8 PPG season, a 16.9 RPG season, a 4.0 BPG season, a .604 2P% season. He's simultaneously close to being #1 best defender all-time, among the most statically productive players of all-time, and among the most decorated champions of all-time.

I don't think this is evidence that he's the goat. Continuing to play the game when struggling is something that millions of people, even untalented players have done. I think there are better indicators of who is the goat, such as single season efficiency rankings, total MVP awards, total finals MVP awards, total championships, total all-nba selections, etc.

Let me Just say this Almost Every Game Jordan Played was a Game 7 Championship game for the announcers. You knew The ball was going to Jordan and You could guess what he was going to do by the way they Played defense. Double Team either split or pass to the open man. single team was either a Stop and POP or A dunk on a turnaround dribble to the back side. Let me not get started on defense. People read News papers and put on their calendars when when Jordan was play the team of the guy that decided to pop off at the mouth. New York was famous for pissing Jordan off. John starks learn to shut his trap. Don't let the coach talk crap cause then it would a team punishment while Jordan talk trash to the coach the whole game.

I am sorry I am going to bring Lebron into here because how can you be a basketball fan and not see how much better Jordan was? He sinks a crucial three from deep as clock winds down, he then after getting hot with two consecutive field goals one would think he would go for another one but he spots and open teammate for a great assist. This narrative that Jordan couldnt shoot threes or assist is simply wrong, he could do both just didnt need to tailor his game to that at that time but he could pass with best of them and shoot from deep if he wanted too. But one thing Lebron fans are always silent about is playing off ball... There is simply no comparison there, Jordan didnt need the ball to score or be part of the team, the way he moved is simply unmatched. Watch 6:38 he moves to the post then he screens the big guy as he goes at top of the key then s he gets the ball just slight hesitation stop as he moves into floating to the right jumper. This is type of stuff you see from Warriors and Curry and Klay, its no wonder since Kerr played in this system.
