@kush Lungs exactly correct. But I would never support this guy's shoes or anything he does these days. He has stock/investments in private prisons. And suckas still walking around here with his shoes on. And he doesn't care that people are killing each other over them. Never once in our lifetime has he said anything about that issue. Notice the price of the shoes keep the same price point. Actually, they've gotten higher since I was growing up in the early 90s.

While arguably the rest of the accolades from that season can be team supported, yea right, Lol. Jordan stands alone as the only player amongst the greatest in basketball history to win the scoring title and the defensive player title in the same year. GOAT really there was never any comparison, Jordan lead his team to two 3-peats and was always the best player on the court. And while some people are one demensional players, Jordan relentlessly looked to play against the best opposing player, every game. Jordan was and continues to be the highest measure of Greatness, that in itself, sadly, may never be seen again.

I know this is weird to think about especially as I am replying to this four years later, but one of the reasons is that Jordan is pigeon-toed, meaning his feet angle inward; and LeBron has more of a "duck walk" i.e. his feet angle outward. Therefore Jordan is moving more on his toes, so he seems to float. He really does move around the court like a ballerina. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that when he does get in the air he can "hang" longer than anyone because of his absurd vertical (a perhaps apocryphal 48 inches) and AND he can contort his body in midair like a circus freak. MJ has total control of his body and with his wiry-strong medium height and build he's able to slither through defenses with clever footwork and cunning sleight of hand(les) like a god damn assassin. On top of all that he's super black with a bald dome and man he's just slick as hell. He's the Black Cat!

right even a bling man can see it.. MICHAEL JORDAN At the age of 30, Michael Jordan retired after winning three titles. The next year he played for the Birmingham Barons, the White Sox affiliate, and led that league in stolen bases as a 31-year-old rookie. At 32 he wasn't playing either-until he came back. What if Jordan's whole career started at age 32 and ended at age 40? He would have still been the greatest ever because he was so old, yet so good, and the leader of the team with an all-time NBA best 72-10 record and three straight titles. Pretend Jordan is a rookie at age 32. Age 32 MJ started the season with only 17 games left. The Bulls were on the verge of missing the playoffs (34-31), but finished 13-4 with him in the lineup. They made the playoffs, barely, but lost in the second round to Orlando and Shaq. Regular season plus playoffs: 27 games, 772 points, 28.6 pts per game, which is more than what he actually averaged as a rookie (28.2). He also averaged 6.7 rpg, 5 apg, 2.0 spg, and 1.0 bpg. Age 33 Mike completed an amazing season in 1995-96 by leading the Bulls to an all-time record 72-10, 25 wins more than the previous season. He also led the league in scoring for a record eighth time and was named NBA MVP. They won in the Finals over Seattle 4-2. Regular season plus playoffs: 100 games played, 3,043 points, 30.4 ppg. He also averaged 6.3 rpg, 4.3 apg, and 2.1 spg. Age 34 Jordan led the league in scoring for the ninth time and beat NBA MVP Karl Malone in the Finals 4-2 under Phil, and he was named Finals MVP for the fifth time in 1996-97. They went an amazing 69-13. Kobe averaged 7.6 points in this season as a rookie. Regular season plus playoffs: 101 games, 3,910 minutes, 3,021 points, 29.9 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 4.4 apg, and 1.7 spg. Age 35 Michael became a 10-time scoring champion, five-time MVP, and six-time Finals MVP in 1997-98. He was the oldest ever player to do any of that. The Bulls went 62-20 under Phil and beat the Jazz again 4-2. Jordan was 6-0 in the Finals. Regular season plus playoffs: 103 games, 3,037 points, 29.5 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 3.5 apg, and 1.7 spg. Age 36 He retired again after second three-peat. The year was 1999. Age 37 - retired Age 38 - retired Age 39 Jordan came out of retirement again and amazingly led Washington in scoring at age 39. The year before, the Wizards were 19-63, and in 2001-02 they finished 37-45, an 18-game improvement. Jordan was the only new guy on the team. Regular season: 22.9 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 5.2 apg, and 1.4 spg. Age 40 He became the oldest player ever to score 40 points in a game and average over 20 points per game-an amazing feat for a guy who was the only player on the Wizards that year to play in all 82 games, and he was 40! They went 37-45 again, but the next year with Jordan gone they were back at 25-57. Wow, even at 40, MJ was a bad man, schooling little kids half his age. Regular season: 20.0 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 3.8 apg, and 1.5 spg. Summary From age 32 to 40 Jordan played in 473 games. He scored 12,888 pts for an average of 27.2 points per game and won three NBA titles with three Finals MVPs, two regular season MVPs, and three scoring titles in only five full seasons. At an old age, Jordan shot 46.3% from the field. Jordan in 1988: MVP, Defensive MVP, Led the league in scoring 35 ppg, Led the league in steals, All-Star Game MVP, and won the dunk contest all in the same year. Jordan 10 scoring titles, LeBron 1 Jordan 1 Defense of player of the year, LeBron 0 Jordan 3 steals, Lebron 0 Jordan 6 fmvps, Lebron 3 Jordan 6 -0, Lebron 3-5 Jordan 1 all- star Pippen , LeBron 5, wade, bosh, ray Allen, Kyrie, Kevin love. Jordan all defensive first teams 9, LeBron 5 Jordan higher shooting percentage for the regular season and playoffs. Jordan hire win shares in the playoffs and regular season. Jordan averaged more blocks in spite of being a guard Jordan 2x dunk champion, LeBron scared to enter. Beat more 60 and 50 win teams then LeBron. Jordan lead a team to 72 wins, LeBron needed a suspension assist from the league to overcome a 73 win team. Jordan 3 peated twice, LeBron 0 Jordan 1 rookie of the year, LeBron 1 (screwed Melo) Jordan 5 mvps, Lebron 4 Playoff records Jordan 43, LeBron 5 Jordan changed the game, LeBron changes teams Jordan 6 seasons with 200+ steals.........LeBron = ZERO! Jordan 2 seasons with 100+ blocks........LeBron = ZERO! Jordan led NBA in steals 3 times............LeBron = ZERO! Jordan led NBA in Steals-PG 3 times.....LeBron = ZERO! Jordan won DPOY [Def Plyr Of Yr].........LeBron = ZERO! Jordan is 3rd all time in steals.................LeBron = 22nd! Jordan is the only player in NBA history with more than one season of 200+ stls & 100+ blks: [1986-87] 236 stls & 125 blks, [1987-88] 259 steals & 131 blks Lebrons already played more years than Jordan and wears 23, OVER, and it wasn't even close, sorry

The wannabe GOAT's longevity isn't impressive at all when you consider he has practically never played all 82 games of the season and, most importantly, plays mediocre defense. MJ was an offensive-defensive machine. Both ends of the floor. That's why he's the real GOAT.

@Adam M Technically it was both MJ and Pippen guarding him. They took turns. That's cause no one stops Magic either and MJ could not maintain that level of intense defense for the entire game while expecting to score as well. Of course no one could stop MJ as well.
@friendlyspider88
@friendlyspider88 6 жыл бұрын
@@zReNAgAdE504 Lol besides reading some media bs about Pippen guarding the best players just to glorify Lechoke, what else have you got for legit examples? MJ was guarding the best players even before Pippen could play legit defense till his year 4-5 in the league. MJ got DPOY and MVP even before Pippen knew two shits about the game. And you know who even taught him how to play defense, offense, passing and rebounding? MJ did all that shit. Pippen's stats as a rookie are mediocre at best but he listened hard at what MJ could teach him and MJ tortured him during trainings for several years, and you see his stats slowly improving. Having the best offensive player and one of the best defensive players playing him one on one day in and out, tremendously improved his game. Let's stop it with the bs MJ never guarded the best players. MJ was a guy who came back from a nearly season long injury to torch the Celtics, the top 5 teams of all time IN THEIR PRIME in the playoffs in his second year with a shitty Chicago team with 63 points, which till this day is a record. God disguised as MJ? Guess who said that. Larry Bird the similarly cocky and competitive player who willingly conceded MJ's play was god-like in that match.

what makes MJ better/different is in the details. A simple head fake , a shimmy, jab step, etc. He wasn't the only one, but it helps separate him from others due to his consistency. Combine that with his ability to read and react. There's been other great players that were great athletes, great athletic players with great skills, but MJ was simply more consistent at doing all of these things. It's what separated him from Kobe, TMac, Clyde, etc. Half of these highlights wouldn't exist if he didn't do the small details such as jab step, head fake etc. MJ GOAT BAR NONE

zReNAgAdE504 First threepeat, John Paxson, Bill Cartwright, Horace Grant, Scottie Pippen, and Michael Jordan. During the first threepeat Michael Jordan is the only player who was an all star. Pippen made one all star team the last championship of the threepeat. Pippen became the perennial all star and hall of famer during Jordan's first retirement. The second threepeat may be considered a great team, not the best ever assembled, but because of Jordan they accomplished more than those other great teams out side of Bill Russell's Celtics. Jordan, Pippen, Rodman, Harper, Kukoc, were a great defensive team, but Rodman was an offensive liability. Harper was not a scorer. Kukoc and Pippen were good offensive players, but not as good as many other offensive players. Only Jordan was great on both ends of the court. Celtics had 6 hall of famers. Lakers had 5 hall of famers. Pistons had 4 hall of famers. 76'ers had 5 hall of famers. Many other teams then and since, and presently had, have more hall of famers than Jordan's Bull's teams. First threepeat, only Jordan was a consensus hall of famer. Second threepeat, only Pippen and Rodman are hall of famers. Rodman didn't score much, less than 10 pts/gm. Best rebounder, and great defensive player. Pippen averaged a little over 20 pts/gm during second threepeat. LeBron has played with three players who averaged more points than him in a final series. Wade, Bosh, and Kyrie. Against the Mavericks Wade and Bosh averaged more points than LeBron. Wade averaged over 30 pts/gm, and Bosh nearly 25. Kyrie averaged over 28 pts/gm against Warriors twice. Jordan never played with another player who averaged over 22 pts/gm. Pippen did that twice during second threepeat. Many teams have had multiple players who averaged 25+ pts/gm. This current Warriors roster is probably the best offensive team ever assembled. The Rockets. The Lakers with MVP Kareem, and Worthy, and Bob McAdoo, etc... Sixers with Dr. J, Moses Malone, Barkley, Andrew Toney, etc.... Pistons with Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars who was MVP against Portland with 28pts/gm, Adrian Dantley who won 4 scoring titles, Mark Mcquire, etc....., Houston with Sampson and Hakeem who beat the Lakers with Magic, Norm Nixon, Kareem during his MVP yrs, Jamaal Wilkes, etc... The only reason the Bulls are even mentioned with these other great teams is Michael Jordan. Without Jordan no one would remember the Bulls. LeBron joined a heat team with a player who was more dominant than himself. Wade was the best player on that Heat team the first two years. I remind you Wade had already won a championship with his next best player Shaq averaging 16pts and 8 rebounds. Wade was practically a one man recking crew. He demolished the reigning champion Pistons in Eastern Conference finals, and came back from a 3-1 deficit to vanquish the Mavericks. The best finals by a two guard by any player not named Jordan.

These are some of Michael Jordan athletics attibritues I believe that go unnoticed! by basketball enthusiasts. Most basketball players are one or two leg jumper and not both....But Michael Jordan jumps off the run on one leg and He can change directions, Go up! and do a quick Vertical leap off two legs. I noticed! Lebron is mostly a runway one leg jumper, But his two leg quick Vertical leap is average at best. Mike can glide off the run through the air like Dr. J and He can quick leap off two legs like Dominique Wilkins. His defensive skills are unmatched....But his overall offensive skills are so amazing! people forget about how awesome a defensive juggernaut he was, not to mention master thief and Shot blocker. Michael Jordan basketball moves still look amazing! even though the brother been gone from the game for as long as lebron been playing basketball in the NBA. Just incredible when you think he hasnt played basketball in almost 20 years. Michael Jordan is simply the greatest basketball player to ever play the game of basketball hands down.

This is a top tier highlight reel. Ample context and setup for each clip. Not just the flashy dunks and buckets but all the little hustle plays and fundamentals that made Jordan great. No obnoxious music, sound effects, or unnecessary editing.. I'd love to see you make some videos for other all time greats.
