Carlos beltran wasn't just a player on the astros... he was the ringleader for the cheating scandal. He started the process. it's not like he was just one of 26 on the roster. he was actively involved there. He doesnt deserve to be in.

I disagree. A-rod broke the MLB rule and got banned from games. Ortiz may have cheated but it wasn't officially against MLB rules. Better comparison is if Ortiz is in, Bonds, Clemens, McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, and others who have the hall of fame numbers but got caught using should be in.
