Stumbled on michael while watching big little lies , if you watch the series its a perfect score, amazing voice & he makes it look so effortless . ALL of his music really hits me so deeply on a level no other musician has done , just amazing & in my humble opinion a once in a generation joy, thanks for bringing such great music..............

So proud of Michael. I remember the first time i saw him in TV after a Led Zeppelin movie. Maybe, here, in this very moment, when i see his performance on the Pyramid, i can say: the world is fair. You deserve it man. Thanks for so much. Love, love, and more love to everyone 🙏🏼🌹

I don't think these kids at Glasto appreciate the supremely powerful talent and musicianship of Michael Kiwanuka. Sure some know the words and close their eyes. But there is a depth to Michael that is, I think, sublime and takes a good chunk of one's lifetime to understand.

I'm one of the "kids" of this generation - I'll be lucky if I ever understand anything in life - but Kiwanuka's music moves me, I appreciate it for that - maybe we understand it in our own ways, where our experiences meet with the experiences that made the art, so each of us resonates with different parts - Who's to say you understand it better than others?
@martycrow7 ай бұрын
@@easyview9616 You are right. I was probably angry about something else. I should not have given into "generation wars" - I have mine own, 29 and 27 and others I mentor. I am sad that my generation did not, could not, do more to prevent the omnishambles we see today. Thanks for you civil reply. I am humbled and will do better. Cheers!
