This video is purely metaphoric display of being drawn in and taken to Hell, or in this case Hades realm! Let me explain: One, the group is led into the room all in denial, then are put in front of stone statues (clearly can be referenced to Medusa) then the high note siren sounds begin with the nostalgic beat to get you hooked! Then the statues crumble, and the people (or should I say tempters) are revealed! The VERY mid and repetitive song begins playing on, until we get to the shades being drawn symbolically signaling the light being snuffed out (and with some very interesting looking symbols drawn on them as well) the light hues then change to RED and why not throw in a massive heating device above the audiences heads (showing they really are in Hell now, as they pay their foreheads dry and fan themselves)…she begins speaking to them while carrying what is called a tuning fork, which has ALWAYS been symbolic of the Arch Angel Lucifer and the ‘control of the ear and mind’ through music (all which she is depicting on the bridge…which can also be an even deeper connection referencing the ‘bridge’ from Earth to Hell)…then the audience viewers are compelled to start dancing with her, leading to the end where they all showcase/salivate joy and happiness, as the next group of victims are led in! Just continuing the cycle of evil and malevolent intentions ! The lyrics are obviously satanic and persuasive… “Walk with my through the fire” “Boy put your lipstick on”…but all of it is just truly disheartening to see another one of my favorite artists succumb to the darkness! Call me a conspiracy theorist or nut but it’s right there in black and white and red!
