@@AndrewL718 as much as it pains me to say its over for denver bench doing nothing (as green and brown left there is BIG hole) joker is forced for the first time out of his comfort zone and along with nuggets squad they are being pressured by high energy/intensity wolves defense ant is going MJ mode while supported by great team efforts nuggest are behaving like primadonas and instead of locking into the game the coach is yelling at refs and jamal throws heat pad u could kinda see it even with lakers... it should have been clean sweep and you shouldnt rely on last second daggers by jamal i assume finals will be wolves and celtics where celtics will choke again ofc this year its absolutely amazing and its feels like anyone from these 4 (okc, wolves, knicks and celtics) can win the chip

It starts with accountability coach, also the fact that after the top 3 guys no one consistently gets more than 10 points on a good night. Too much reliance on the top. Leadership has failed to provide a supporting cast around the starters.

Especially around Jokic and Jamal. Jamal takes too many shots for his production. Even last year, he dug the team into holes but he was also able to lift them out of those same holes. I'd like to see MPJ take more of Jamal's shots. The team will run better

Nuggets haven't played well in all 7 playoff games thus far. This series is over. I will actually be surprised if this isn't a sweep. The T Wolves are a way better team and they are way more motivated. Denver seems satisfied with last years' title.

I agree. Braun is the only one strong and quick enough to make Edwards work. Of course, Braun has his issues on the offensive end of the floor. But I think Malone has to trust him and see if he can provide something. Who knows, maybe Braun somehow has a breakout with more opportunity

He is strong enough to not get blown through like KCP and quick enough to keep up with Ant unlike Gordon. Ant will get his, but I promise you, it won't be a walk in the park like these last 2 games.

The story is simple. Timberwolves defense was outstanding. You don't see many teams that just dogs the offenses they encounter. Coach Finch saw Murray was the key. They pressured him all game. Murray also struggles vs the Lakers overall and he is injured. Also Denver does not defend the same way as Minnesota. The Nuggets are out maned at the guard Murray and KCP vs Conley and ANT and bench spots (Nazee) and this series is over. Nuggets need to change out their guards next year.

Said it before and it is undeniable the quicker, better conditioned, younger team wins more often than not because they can’t play stronger on ball defense, rebound with more energy, and last longer in that effort🏀🏀🏀

Would love to see Denver rebound in this series but got to be honest and hope I am wrong. As for the teams you mentioned the Spurs had a young Kawaii Leonard and along with Timmy D. had one of the best defensive teams ever. The Bird teams were during the no zone defensive era which entirely changed the league and even Michael Jordan said he wouldn’t have had the career he had if zone defenses were allowed🏀🏀🏀

Our offense is very choppy and ruining the flow of the game MPJ needs to learn how to move without the ball. He just stands there. We need another rim protector and big guy to math theirs. Deandre Jordan? I think if they address these small changes it would be much better

Pass faster and don’t over pass. Don’t sit and hold the ball and wait for the swarm, pokes, and swipes. And don’t over pass back into coverage. Watch how Knicks played them in Jan, speed and 1-2 quick passes. Don’t wait for the double coverage to collapse on Joker while he does his hold and scan, they are too long and are poking the ball away, Jamal don’t over dribble giving defense time to swarm.

On paper, Minnesota is not a better team, but the tactics that they execute works better for them, especially when the refs allow a lot of questionable contact . Denver cannot come back late in the game scoring late 3' s against Minnesota like they did against LA, that' s why they have to keep it close, and not allow fast free points.

The TWolves played better for two games but are not a better all around team. The credit giving to the TWolves is over. To be the Pride of the West, the Nuggets will take complete and total ownership from this point forward for their actions and mindsets. Anthony Edwards is on a hot streak but believe it or not is still human. Did Jordan and the Bulls ever get beat in their title and non title years? Yes and the TWolves have been beaten this year and lost to the Nuggets last year in the first round so contrary to popular belief they can be beat, even on their home court. The Pride of the West!!
