I don't think anybody expected the team to ramp up their defensive intensity the most this postseason was the team THAT ALREADY HAD THE BEST DEFENSE. McDaniels, NAW, and Ant are absolute dogs on the defensive end and everyone who had meaningful minutes put in more work than I've ever seen them do all year. 2nd game showed how my boys are true dogs. Sure Gobert carries the team in defense, but people forget the whole team makes up the "Best defense in 2023". That went by so many peoples head. Like sure I thought they'd win by 15, give or take, but not like they did. They outperformed what I thought and I watch them every chance I can. Mn fan for life. This team when scoring, best NBA team this season. Defense keeps them under 105, only needing a solid 115+ to win. This whole season they were skipped. NBA did mention them time to time, but not as some of the teams way below them

Denver could have won this but after a couple bad calls they just collapsed. Dont think ive ever seen a defending champ just give up like that. Watching jamal barrel into five bodies to try and get his shot was embarassing. Watching the FREAKING MVP pass out of a post up iso with freakin KAT AND SLOMO was beyond reprehensible. Joker and jamal straight up gave up. Gordon was hot, this was winnable.

They play like this and also just casually have the #1 offensive rating in the league with a 0.601 TS. They are making every shot their opponents take as difficult as possible while on offense Ant is such a black hole that his first pass is wide open. Also, Gobert is 22/25 from the charity stripe.

I found 5 pretty clear no calls in this video, 3 of them shooting fouls that should have earned 6 denver points at the line. Minnesotas defense = play aggressive and foul, refs swallow whistle. NBA RIGGED, repeat champs are not allowed

And I am ok with the no calls in the playoffs but it has to be the same for both teams. Especially with Edwards he even has the same MJ whistle while Denver is being defended by a mini Jordan rules and ref just allowed it. Ref #8 main culprit here

@@darryl47nopra then you have the alleged charge on Karl anthony Towns on Murray, lots of contact, player hits the deck. This is the one that starts the rucus with malone trying to get ejected and murray throwing heat packs. The game was poorly officiated, after first watching the game, I thought dang minnesota just really brought it tonight, good defense really out worked denver they deserved the win. After letting it settle for a day or so i dont think the game was evenly officiated. The fact that Murray lost his cool after 9 years of never having any outbursts like that kinda says in all. The nuggets were frustrated and for good reason

If that’s a foul then I want to refs to call it everytime Joker uses his elbow to create space in the paint. Which is literally every time he’s in the post. Denver gets away with plenty of things but you choose to focus on that. Denver is playing like crap period.
