Wonderful song and video with a lot of places between Switzerland (A2 Highway, including some shots at 0:37 next to my hometown), South France (Provence) and Italy to which I can relate to. By the way the Swiss motorway sticker (visible at 2:47) must be stuck to the windshield, otherwise is not valid! ;-)
