In our house the first kid to be washed, dressed, bag packed and downstairs ready to go got the front seat ! Worked a treat 😁

That was a fun reaction thanks, there is no law against crossing the road in the UK we just go when the road is clear, sometimes I do feel sorry for parents teaching their kids road safety.

Just discovered your channel and have been watching the Michael Mcintyre videos. There's one you really need to react to, 'Simplifying English For the Americans'.

When people asked me what I wanted to be, I'd look at my brother and sister and say, "An only child." We fought a lot as kids. It gets better, though. 18 months ago, I became seriously ill and ended up disabled. The sister I fought with for years has been my greatest supporter. Our 81 year old father keeps saying he's so glad we have each other and so am I.

In the British highway code, besides zebra, the crossings are 4 different types of push button, Pelican, Puffin, Toucan and Pegasus. Pelican is a crossing with a button and lights, Puffin is the same but with a sensor for pedestrian and wont go green till they're out of the road. Toucan is similar but with green/red lights for pedestrians and separate ones for cyclists. Pegasus includes lights for horses crossing. Parts of the country and Towns/cities where horse racing takes place have these. The button presser will be high enough for someone on a horse to use.

Michael is a brilliant comic, I had him set for one of Britain's all time greats, but he has made his millions now and we seem to have lost him from stand up. Such a shame

My daughters used to press every single road crossing button even if we are going past them with no intention of crossing. The dirty looks we used to get from drivers who were forced to stop. Nightmare!

@@oliversherman2414 We had the timed ones in NZ too. They did not last long, because people here will not be rushed with a timer in numbers. We use tone crossings instead.

I found a few ways to combat this. Tell them the police will arrest them if they are under 12 for sitting in the front. Or, the more fatalities are from front seat passengers that rear. Fear a wonderful weapon, until it comes to supermarket carts then it's time to order online.

Its a very simple solution to stop shotgun demands, you sit both (or how ever many there are) in the back together, elevating none of them. End of argument. Then it becomes a reward YOU give for exceptionally good behaviour - if there is any. The same with buttons, teach them to NOT do anything without permission, they suddenky dont seem so eager to do it. Its not one-up-manship when you have to ask "may I?", with the competition gone it becones a matter of etiquette and good manners.

Did it freak you out when you saw people crossing roads, not at a crossing point, just crossing and ducking traffic. As there's no J walking laws in the UK

One can buy small mics that clip on your collar and you can both have your own mic. I used to watch (pre-pandemic) some kids reactions where they shared a pair of ear buds and spend all the money they got from the channel on lip injections for the girl and boob implants. Yet they still after 3 years were sharing the same ear buds. Needless to say I stopped watching them enhance the girl to get more views. I don't recall their channel, I just called them the two idiots.
