James put on a helluva performance. Michael's stoic because he could have said he was weight drained against Lights Out. Nunn still has his wits about him. For a guy who did a decent stretch, he's proof you can be a stand up guy without acting like a tough guy.

Much respect to Nunn for giving Toney his due credit. Granted I'm a fan of Lights Out, but it was good to see Nunn show class about the loss (my guy Toney will never give credit to anyone who beat him).

Nunn was a big guy compared to some of Hearns’ better fights at lower weights. Nunn had been down a few times though so it could’ve been a bad matchup as you said. Regardless I would’ve loved to see it!

Wow crazy you just uploaded this I literally just found out who Michael Nunn was while looking up prime James Toney fights and bruh he's one of the best boxers I've ever seen lol he was dominating James Toney before he got koed. Even the judges had him up BIG on the cards. Nunn is a real one because he didnt even make excuses here. Im disappointed in old head boxing fans for letting his legacy die.

His downfall in that fight was throwing that upper cut to far out and James throw a left hook that got there first. Many fighters get caught throwing an uppercut to far from the op, you gotta be in the pocket to throw that punch.
