I think Michael got cheated after some of his sponsors dropped him when the photo of him smoking a joint. how many of us out there can say I have never smoked a joint I know I can't. I'm really happy that he's having this success in his life

Unfortunately sponsors are not about fairness or being rational. It's about public image and what will make/lose them money. They seem to think being associated with a pot smoker is bad for their image. In my opinion it's stupid because in this day and age we know it's pretty harmless, but I think as pot becomes more and more accepted they'll come around.

I think it's absolutely fair that he gets dropped by sponsors for smoking pot. Working class people can't get well paying factory gigs because they have been fired for smoking pot and come clean with it when they interview for new positions and still can't get hired! By the way, I know plenty of people who are still smoking pot even when the kids are being born! I hope the two of them get it together for Boomer's (horrible name!) sake.

Your only legitimate point was perhaps the injustice regarding weed laws among all peoples, in regulated quantities at the right time weed should be able to have a place in any responsible adult's lives. And Like obviously, any psychoactive substance in vapor form typically isn't good for growing children, but I would trust a professional athlete and model (whose entire profession revolves around health and science) to understand the appropriate times to smoke up. Yes it's said often, but maybe it's because it's very often true that having a kid is one of the best things about life. Someone you can raise, teach and love, and see them grow before your eyes. It only makes sense we would feel good about it.
