Phelps melts in your mouth❤ I took us divers scuba course at 15 years old. One requirement was to work up to swimming underwater one length of 50 meter pool holding breath. Then though I spent extra time and worked up to 2 lengths then 3 then 4 then 5 and finally 6 lengths but stopped because gave me headache to go that long. Used slow frog leg and sweep arm strike. That was decades ago now and wouldn't try it now and shouldn't be done without a buddy to watch.

Sleep is the most important thing for your health. 8 hours in complete darkness and don't eat or drink anything for 3 hours beforehand.

Sleep and water are both very important. You can consume many foods and beverages that contain water so it does not have to be plain water.

I think Phelps should transition to a woman and go back to the Olympics, kick some ass, and win another 23 gold.

Of course they know the importance of sleep. Why else would they get WADA to test their Chinese competitors so often and at odd timings....
