Organized crimes, again does not apply. Crimes that cross state borders, again does not apply. They will also investigate violations of one’s civil rights. Home owner was a Boston cop, another guest was an atf agent. Everyone else was not law enforcement other than the victim. Now no one in that house was acting under the color of the law so their occupations do not come into play as far as charging them with civil rights violations. So we are left with a white on white crime, no civil rights violations there. JO was not a part of any protected class. So no violations there. The Feds are not picking up this murder case no matter how much you want them to. The fed case is going to die on the vine with no action taken. Oh yeah bias and sloppy police work don’t rise to corruption. It rises to rush to judgement.

Proctor tampered with evidence. He shared confidential investigative information with witnesses. He lied countless times to his superiors and the court. He had no business being on this case with having the level of personal involvement with the individuals where the death occurred. He never investigated or searched the home and property where the death occurred even after saying it looked like a homicide and not an accident. No way in hell you can justify charging Karen or really anyone when there was no real investigation to begin with. All the evidence was tampered with at the scene. There were ZERO photos or video of the scene in its entirety at any point. This has to be the worst excuse for an investigation I have seen in a while in this modern times. They have every tech tool at their disposal and they can’t do better than this? What a disaster.
