In general, she is not biased. She's a pretty even-handed judge. She is definitely tired of how long this is all taking, however. And who can blame her. From what I have watched, these lawyers on both sides waste a lot of time getting to the point. WAAAAAAAAY too much time spent on credentials, background, etc. of expert witnesses. WAAAAAAY too much time spent on irrelevant details, having people read over/look over documents and images, and asking inappropriately phrased questions. These are all experienced attorneys. They should know how this works.
