I think you should keep your bad opinions to yourself and not present them as facts. “No proof he tampered with anything.” Uhhhh technically there’s no proof he did because he covered it up! How do you explain the deleted sallyport video? And the way they tried to reverse the video? If he wasn’t doing anything nefarious (like tampering with evidence) then they would’ve ran the whole case by the books. They would’ve had taken photos of her suv prior to bringing it to the sallyport (not to mention it didn’t even have to be brought that far), had the cameras on and working, not have deleted footage, and on and on and on. This whole case was mishandled from the beginning, at Proctors hands.

@@user-ukt News flash: KR wasn’t acting as a professional or official capacity, there is a standard that has to be upheld, Proctor failed miserably and in doing so exhibited a clear lack of professional integrity. Also, despite their best efforts to minimize Proctor’s misdeeds as being limited to insensitive comments, in actuality he completely mishandled this investigation and because of it the O’Keefe’s may never have justice for John. And, if you actually believe (despite all evidence proving the opposite) that KR is guilty then you should be upset at Proctor for royally messing up the entire investigation from start to finish.

I would agree that a mistrial favours the Prosecution or Commonwealth in most cases, but not in this case. If you watched the whole trial in conjunction with what was on social media, there was a ton of evidence that came out after each Prosecution witness testified that contradicted what they testified to. One example of many, Colin Albert said he's never been in a fight. After he testified, the defence received multiple videos of Colin Albert bare knuckle fighting. They weren't able to get it into evidence this trial, but you better believe it will be part of the next trial. They will also never be able to separate the evidence from Trooper Proctor. He handled everything.

There's plenty of evidence of tampering. If Proctor didn't do it, who did? Also, given Proctor felt totally comfortable doing all this, including texts to his chief, one has to be very clear that we are. talking about systemic issues and a toxic culture at the department.

Theres no way theyre trying her again. Proctor was a vital part for f their case which is why they risked putting him on the stand. Now that hes fired the defense can use that against him if he testified in a second trial and he would lose all credibility. Without proctor they have nothing.

It's not a good look when a body is found in front of a family friend's house and you pin it on somebody else immediately without even interviewing the people who were there. I don't know if he actually planted evidence or not but he should have recused himself from this case. He's a terrible investigator and thanks to him JO's family will never know what happened because he botched the case. I just wish we knew what the hell was on Brian Albert's and Higgin's phones and if he actually believes trooper paul's ridiculous tale.

Reading between the lines, Proctor would not have been "relieved of duty" if there had been a guilty verdict. They apologized to the O'Keefe family, as they should, but what about Karen? She deserves an apology because she is the one that was offended. It looks like the government is going to die on the cross that Karen is guilty. They will not continue to look for more evidence of another offender. Their mind was made up within hours of the event.
