Sounded great! I am selling my SPD-SX and replacing it with some SPD Ones. I noticed the Electro sliding away from you as you played it. The main function of my SPD-SX was using an external bass drum trigger. Out of the four SPS Ones, does the Kick version have different feet or special traits that make it better for foot use?

Great video! I had the idea of using two of these SPD: One Kick and stumbled upon this... I noticed you stomped pretty hard on them. I'm considering adding this to 4 hour acoustic solo sets. Do you know if it would work if I just used the heel of my foot instead of the toe and tapped lightly? I'm hoping I can find a way to stomp on these for 4 hours without getting tired lol

you can adjust the heaviness of the kick on the SPD so you just tap very, very lightly and get a loud noise. This helps for sustained long use. I use a flat foot sized piece of wood about 25mm / 1 inch thick supporting my heel and instep area so I just lightly tap with front of foot and toes only. No knee movement at all.
