Anyone like Allen watts? He will refer our inability to “know” the self, observer, etc. by saying “the nose doesn’t sniff itself, the teeth don’t need to bite themselves” I find this so helpful. ❤🎉😊

Do you wanna hang out with the garbage? Or do you wanna hang out with God. 😂Gosh this guy cracks me up. Putting into practice lately.. which for me is releasing more pseudo ‘power’ -lol. He’s right it’s now exciting seeing what’s coming up next to be seen/observed and let go. 😅🎉

i don’t understand why he calls it garbage- the human things that live in you- I don’t see how it’s garbage- it just is…. how can human experience be garbage?
@foreverskeptical13 ай бұрын
I think it becomes garbage when you start storing it and ruminating on it. Because then it prevents you from experiencing other aspects of life too. Like a dad ruminating about the upcoming baseball tournament while having dinner with his children.

What does Michael say at the beginning of each of these videos?
@SeatsofContemplation2 ай бұрын
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.

Liked the child having temper tantrum analogy. “What are you going to do, give him the toy?” Yup seems absurd. Got to say I’m gonna see even more righteousness energy leaving.. oh no. 😆 what’s next!? I used to think emotions ‘kept’ me from being a robot. What a turnover………
