Living my life, I generally didn't worry about much. Older I have gotten, the more I worried. Health issues with my son, financial problems, etc. But when I free myself from worrying, and keep FAITH that life will get better, it does. Whoa! Thanks. Great podcast!

As a serious Michael Singer student. This is by far his very best one. He is an amazing communicator.

ACM, which isn't a book I have any great feeling for one way or the other but read and have read parts from time to time reads: You desired to usurp the power of God...something along that line. I would read that and think 'no I don't, what is it talking about?'....after listening to MS, I get it.....yup, I did.....unconsciously.....I don't want to now....too exhausting.....MS: This is NOT ur Universe, it's not even ur life" I get it, and I'm tired, and I let go....

Hi I'm trying to visualise what Michael is saying.. So a 'worry thought' starts with the mind and the heart ❤️ is affected by this 'worry thought' and reacts with a physical feeling e.g tightness, fast etc. Then the mind tries to solve the problem by trying to correct/adapt the life situation so the heart is at peace...which it can't. So Michael is saying let worry thoughts come to the heart but don't throw them back to the mind ? Any thoughts 🤔 Thank you and have a thoughtless day ❤

I think you got it. The only thing I would change is, I would say let "emotions" come to the heart instead of saying let "worry thoughts" come to the heart. (Just to keep it clear that the mind creates thoughts and the heart creates emotions.) Mickey's position has always been to allow all emotion to come up and feel it. Don't push it away, but also don't let the mind take it over. Keep the mind out of it as much as you are able. Thanks!

Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.

I absolutely adore you, and I do agree with almost everything you are saying. However, I believe we do have a "Say" about the world we, a unique variant of consciousness, experience the world. Consciousness creates the reality we are experiencing as real. There is a template, so to speak, that we can add to, subtract from, and more importantly give meaning to. Everything is neutral until we assign a meaning to it. The meaning we assigned to it is based upon our beliefs, perspectives, and attitudes. Those beliefs perspectives and attitudes were developed at the time of our first experiences as children, sometimes beforehand from previous lives. You might say "but oh, I thought time wasn't supposed to exist!". I would say "you are correct", in the sense that it is in this now moment that you are remembering the past. There is no other past in existence, other than what you are remembering in this now moment. In having said that, you can choose to remember your past however you wish. Meaning, your perspective and attitude around your past can alter the experience you have in your body whilst remembering it, immediately changing your beliefs perspectives and attitudes in your current state, which in turn directly affects the experience you're having in your external world in this now moment, moving you ever closer to your chosen experience of joy and excitement, or fear and pain. The world we experience is but a reflection of our perception of it. Much Love 🤍🕊️☄️ Kathleen
