I lived on Franklin st. From 74-85 when 5/9 Brim's was known as C/C (a.k.a) Central City , not sure of the exact date of a name change. I do remember the Singletary's but not clear in details, his brother Carlton a lil more in particular, Mike history is on point especially when it came to them dudes from the "Coast" I had family from that side of town played "Pop Warner football" with most of them. When "Crack" came into the picture a gun became part of a dress code , a crazy time. I got the hell out of San Diego all together...

This was a great history lesson on these two hoods that are geographically tied together. Can somebody explain Bloccide and GhostTown? Those are two hoods that didn’t exist by the time I came up and are they like LAP and just got small and slowly died off or what ? Also how did Linda Vista start crippin? Were they before or after EDM?
